Completely remodeled in 2016 and again renovated in 2023,  this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home sleeps 9 with amazing coastal style.is home has a prime Seaside location just 6 houses to the beach and 3 blocks to downtown Seaside with its Airstream Row, Modica Market Gourmet Grocery, and over 35 dining and shopping options just a short stroll from your front door. 

Upon arrival, there is convenient parking in front of the home and a welcoming open-air porch greets you at the front door.  This open-air porch has a comfortable lounge area with a sectional sofa and two rocking chairs as well, the perfect hang-out or morning coffee spot for the family.  Step inside to see the fresh renovations and several new designer furnishings throughout. There are two living areas at the entrance, one with four club chairs perfect for visiting and an adjacent living area with a sofa and two club chairs and a large mounted flat screen TV perfect for movie nights. There is an adjacent new addition to the home, the dining area with a generous dining table that comfortably seats twelve surrounded by a wall of windows.  The updated kitchen features breakfast bar seating for three more, all stainless steel appliances, a large double-door fridge and freezer drawer dishwasher, and custom built-in shelving; this kitchen has everything to cook family meals at home. For convenience, there is also a half bath off the living areas on the first floor. 

The king primary bedroom is on the first floor with an ensuite bathroom and a mounted flat-screen TV. The private renovated bathroom features a single marble vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. On the second floor are two more bedrooms with a shared full bath. The primary (king) bedroom is on the first floor with a private bath. Upstairs are two more bedrooms that share a hall bath, a queen bedroom and a double full bedroom with twin bed. These bedrooms share a full hall bath. The second bedroom is a queen with a bay window seat and a small closet for storage. The third bedroom is great for a kids hangout, it features two full beds and one day bed sleeping five in all. There is also a large mounted flat-screen TV for entertainment in the third bedroom. The shared full bath has a single vanity and a glass-enclosed tub and shower combination. 

The washer and dryer for this cottage are located off the exterior porch. (washer and dryer may be shared with the rear unit Happily Tower if rented) 

This home also has a two-bedroom guest cottage Happily Ever Tower that can be rented, or the main home and guest home together as Happily Ever After a five-bedroom home sleeping 13 in total.  

5-night minimum Spring & Spring Break; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Only Happily Ever After 5 bedroom home available during summer.

Our guests had such a fantastic stay at Happily Ever After 3! The property was just as described, with ample room for all our guests. It was the perfect location to walk to the beach, shop at Central Square Records, enjoy delicious food and drinks at Great Southern or Bud and Alley's, and see a concert at The REP Theatre! Or you can spend the afternoon on the front porch, relax, and enjoy the peaceful neighborhood.

Our family was indeed Happily Ever After during our entire stay in Seaside! We were so pleased with this cottage for our family/friend vacation. Everyone was raving about the property and the location! We could walk everywhere we needed to go, although we also loved using the bicycles that were provided by the Homeowners Collection free of charge! The kitchen was a dream - it had everything we wanted to cook for our large group. The bedrooms were spacious and beds were also very comfortable. We definitely want to return to Seaside and stay at the Happily Ever After cottage again! Thank you Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed Happily Ever After and we can't wait to stay here again! Everything was clean, comfortable and very convenient to everything going on in the town. Especially convenient to the beach - just a short walk! The home itself was beautifully decorated and we loved the setup. Thank you to the Homeowners collection for the nice welcome basket! We definitely recommend this home to anyone with a group of 8-9 people!
