Perfectly positioned near the Gulf, Happily Ever After features a private driveway, a spacious L-shaped wraparound front porch, and stunning tower and Gulf views. Private Tower Cottage Guest House

Just outside the main home, past a covered porch and laundry closet with stacked washer/dryer, you’ll find the Tower Cottage, offering privacy while keeping everyone close. This guest house features a king bedroom downstairs with an adjoining living area and an efficiency kitchen equipped with a bar sink, microwave, refrigerator and freezer drawers, open shelving, and coffee maker. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and built-in storage. Upstairs, the fifth bedroom features custom built-in bunk beds for two, a cozy seating area with sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and custom cabinetry.

*   5 night minimum Summer, Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Only Five bedroom home available during peak demand times of Summer and Spring Break.   

Durning the off season Happily Ever After 3 and Happily Ever After Tower can be rented separately for Fall, Fall Break, Winter, and Spring.

We always love staying in Seaside, and this trip was no exception. Being on the end of the Seaside beach made it seem a little quieter, which was welcome to us. The house comfortably slept our party of 8. The layout between the main house and tower worked well. We loved the location- close to the beach and an easy walk or bike ride in to the center of town. The porch was excellent for leaving sandy toys and wet suits. We had issues with the refrigerator, which was frustrating, but it didnt ruin our stay. They sent maintenance out right away.

Loved the location. Beds were very comfy.Nice bathrooms. Great open living room. My only suggestion is that the blinds in the bedrooms were not great...I would bring paper black out shades if you don't want it lit up at 5 am. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay with a beautiful house! No major issues to report. Was close to the beach and city and everything was as described. Only considerations would be to have wash cloths available in addition to towels, and more hooks near guest house/outdoor shower for clothes or swimsuits would be nice. Homeowners stopped by to use laundry machine which was unexpected but they were very friendly and nice to meet them. Able to shop and go to many restaurants nearby. I did confirm via email we would have have four parking passes total for both house and guesthouse but only had three upon arrival- had to call HOCO but they were able to resolve by letting us park in driveway or bringing fourth pass the next day. Maybe it could be clearly noted per reservation instead of in policy to make sure everyone is aware. Overall great stay and we will be back again.

Needless to say, we were not happy. But, a cleaning crew came and we were able to stay the night in the tower.
