 Welcome to your Happily Ever After vacation home a recently renovated and impeccably maintained home only 300 feet to the beach access in Seaside proper! This home is perfect for family reunions, girls’ trips, and multi-generational or multi-family vacations. This home has been completely renovated with additional enhancements expanding the home to a larger size and many new designer furnishings in the living and dining areas! With a coveted location on Tupelo Street and only five houses in from the beach, this house features a private driveway, large front porch, amazing tower views and gulf views, multiple living areas, and plenty of space for everyone.

The large L-shaped wraparound porch has rocking chairs and comfortable sofa seating to relax and watch the world go by. Step through the mahogany front door with New Orleans-style gas lantern, and enter a charming, spacious, open floor plan. The living room has a soaring 22-foot cathedral ceiling with bespoke furniture in two separate seating areas. The first contains four slipcovered chairs flanking a white marble coffee table. The second features a plush white sofa, club chairs, custom coffee table, and a large mounted flat screen TV perfect for family movie nights. The adjacent dining room has walls of windows flooding the room with natural light and providing views into a peaceful pocket park nearby. The new dining table accommodates 12 for memorable meals. Fun paintings and original art can be found throughout the home. The well- appointed kitchen is straight out of a magazine with its quartz countertops, designer tile, open shelving, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and chef’s appliances. A spacious island provides seating for three. Off the central living area is a half bath which opens onto an elegant spa-like outdoor space with Calazzo shower and ipe flooring and built-in bench. This can easily function as another full bathroom.

In the first-floor primary suite, there is king bed, a wall-mounted TV, and an ensuite private bathroom featuring a large glass walk-in shower with built-in bench and glass block window. The vanity is a lively shade of turquoise. Upstairs, at either end of a hall overlooking the great room, there are bedrooms that share an adorable hall bath with tub/ shower combination. The front bedroom has a queen bed, two closets, and views over Tupelo Street. The oversized third bedroom offers two full beds, a daybed, a large mounted flat screen TV, a seating area, closet, and room to spare. Out the side door, down a short, covered porch, and past the laundry closet with stacked washer/ dryer, is the “tower cottage” with its own private entry, providing the best of both worlds – privacy and togetherness. This fully appointed guest house features a king bedroom downstairs with an adjoining living room and efficiency kitchen with bar sink, microwave, refrigerator and freezer drawers, open shelving, coffee maker, and more. The bathroom has a shower and built-in drawers to store clothing. A door off the living room leads to a wood deck with bistro seating and an outdoor gas grill. The fifth bedroom on the window-filled second floor contains custom built-in bunk beds to sleep two, a seating area with sofa, and custom built-in cabinet with large flat screen TV and hanging space for clothes.

Another wonderful feature of this house is the covered, open-air tower with incredible panoramic views of Seaside, the gulf, and the sunset. Two Adirondack chairs provide the perfect place to slow down and enjoy the moment.

*   5 night minimum Summer 2025; 5 night minimum Spring & Spring Break; 3 night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Only Five bedroom home available during peak demand times of Summer and Spring Break.  Sat to Sat minimum for summer 2026.

Durning the off season Happily Ever After 3 and Happily Ever After Tower can be rented separately for Fall, Fall Break, Winter, and Spring.

Loved the location. Beds were very comfy.Nice bathrooms. Great open living room. My only suggestion is that the blinds in the bedrooms were not great...I would bring paper black out shades if you don't want it lit up at 5 am. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Great stay with a beautiful house! No major issues to report. Was close to the beach and city and everything was as described. Only considerations would be to have wash cloths available in addition to towels, and more hooks near guest house/outdoor shower for clothes or swimsuits would be nice. Homeowners stopped by to use laundry machine which was unexpected but they were very friendly and nice to meet them. Able to shop and go to many restaurants nearby. I did confirm via email we would have have four parking passes total for both house and guesthouse but only had three upon arrival- had to call HOCO but they were able to resolve by letting us park in driveway or bringing fourth pass the next day. Maybe it could be clearly noted per reservation instead of in policy to make sure everyone is aware. Overall great stay and we will be back again.

Overall, we had a great stay at this house! We booked the house and tower. When we arrived at 6 p.m. the tower had not been cleaned. Initally we were told no one could come until the next day. Needless to say, we were not happy. But, a cleaning crew came and we were able to stay the night in the tower.
