“Lion’s Den” is brand new to our program and this timeless Seaside residence will not disappoint with its multiple porches, second-floor open-air deck, and a glass-enclosed tower that provides stunning 360-degree panoramic Seaside town and rooftop views The cottage features four bedrooms and four full baths, a large open living room, an updated kitchen, and a dining table to seat twelve!

Upon entry, guests are greeted by an open-air porch perfect for morning coffee off the main living room. The open and functional living room features a large, upholstered sectional and chairs with ample seating for all and a large flat screen mounted TV for family movie nights. The spacious kitchen is well equipped, including all brand-new stainless-steel appliances, and is connected to an aesthetic dining area. The dining area is accompanied by a lengthy and rustic dining table, that comfortably seats 12 people under two modern chandeliers. Just behind the dining room, is a bonus sitting room, a laundry room, and a half bath for guests. Just through the doors of this room, you can step outside and enjoy a calm evening by the grill, or a relaxed morning under the trees. The first-floor queen bedroom has a full private bath, a mounted television, and a charming front porch entrance.

Upstairs on the second story, you will find an architecturally beautiful widow’s walk that connects one bedroom at the front of the home to the two more queen bedrooms and a sitting area at the rear of the home. Across the widow's walk the 2nd queen bedroom has a private bath, a wall-mounted TV, a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and second-story porch access with serene views. The third queen bedroom at the rear of the home has a private bathroom, a wall-mounted Smart TV and access to a more secluded and private screened-in furnished porch overlooking the quaint backyard. Adjacent is the spacious common seating area, including second-story porch access, and leading to the fourth queen bedroom. This 4th queen bedroom has a private bathroom, rustic furniture, a new wall-mounted Smart TV, and second floor porch access. The second-floor porch off the bedrooms has Adirondack seating and a bench swing.

The real charm of Lion’s Den is the glass-enclosed tower with 360-degree panoramic Seaside views. On the way to the tower is an almost third-floor open-air deck with outdoor dining and beautiful 360-degree panoramic Seaside town and rooftop views. When you reach the top of the spiral stairs and 3rd-floor glass-enclosed tower you will find a desk for working remote and additional seating for two more.

There are two parking spaces assigned to this home. All other parking is first-come-first-served in the spaces behind the 25 Central Square building and Smolian Circle.

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, & Fall | 3-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No contact check-in.

(Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.)

Lions Den was exactly as pictured in the website. Beautiful home located as a straight shot to the Pensacola Pavilion. Perfect for multi-family with plenty of privacy for each living area. Would definitely stay at Lions Den again!

This spacious, beautiful home is in a prime Seaside location. Every bedroom had a private bath and the plentiful porches were a delight. Homeowner's collection was top-notch in their delivery of a great experience with welcome gifts and accessibility.

The homeowners group was extremely accommodating for all needs and questions including baby equipment rental. Home is located on a great street close to town, pools and the beach. Its as described in the photos! Would rent the home again!

There was no water pressure in one of the upstairs baths, the fan was stuck in one speed in downstairs bedroom and the fridge didnt cool, although was almost empty. Besides that, everything was great!!

This is a large lovely home with plenty of dining and living space. Good for a family or two couples /families to share. Every bedroom has a bathroom. Well stocked kitchen, outdoor shower, tvs in all rooms.
