Little Dipper is located directly across from the beach in Seaside and is the delightful guest cottage to Starry Night. Down the footpath Little Dipper greets you with a charming side porch with Adirondack seating for two, perfect for morning coffee or an evening nightcap. An adjacent sandy footpath leads to the beach, just a few steps away. This cottage is directly across from Odessa Pavilion and two blocks to the Seaside Amphitheater, dining, and shopping a perfect location to all things Seaside.

On the first floor is the open living floor plan with a small dining table with seating for four, a living area, and an adjacent kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has a four-burner stovetop, microwave, and compact dishwasher.

The second floor includes a queen bed, mounted TV, full bath, and a Juliet balcony - the perfect place to view the "Little Dipper" at night.

For additional room, the main three-bedroom cottage, Starry Night, may also be rented.

3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Two complimentary rental bikes included with your stay for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority
  • Personalized service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided

(Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.)

We loved our stay at Little Dipper! Perfect size for two, and it literally took 3 minutes to get from our beach chairs to the house - huge plus! Management was responsive and helpful. Cant wait to come back

We love visiting Seaside and we are so grateful for the cottage options since we travel as a couple. This stay had everything we needed and was a perfect fit. I especially think this cottage hits all the high notes with a tub, washer/dryer, grill, and full size fridge. Those amenities make a longer stay much more enjoyable so you can eat in and not pack more than these smaller spaces can comfortably hold. It is one of the spots right on 30A but we didnt notice that it was noisy by any means. Its also located on a street with one of my favorite pavilions. Odessa is a dreamy spot to watch a sunset. I hope to snag this rental again!

We had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was very clean and had everything we needed for a short getaway. At night, the noise from the street was sometimes loud; but, we would definitely stay here again. Easy walk to the beach and town area.

Everything was as described online. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were no problems with any systems (a/c, hot water, wifi, etc). With the bedroom windows open at night, you can her the surf!!!
