Welcome to ‘The Poppy House’! New to our program, this home is a true testimony to having the best of both worlds, as it allows its guests to easily access all the wonderful amenities of Seaside while offering a peaceful spot to retreat and relax. Outfitted with spacious front porches that overlook the vast croquet lawns and located just steps to the pools, fitness center, tennis courts, and playground, … ‘The Poppy House’ is the perfect location to all things Seaside.

Arriving you are greeted by a spacious front porch with outdoor dining for four and additional rockers for two more that overlooks The Croquet Lawn a beautiful park-like lawn directly outside your front doors. On the first level of the home, there is a secondary living area with a living room, a dining area for four, and a kitchenette, ideal for guests who want their own space or can double as a mother-in-law suite. Off the living area is a king primary suite studio bedroom with a large seating area off the bedroom that can be closed off from the living and kitchen areas by sliding doors. This king primary suite has ample space, storage, plenty of natural light, and a shared bathroom with the living area that features dual vanities and a tub & shower combo as well as a full washer and dryer set up in the bathroom closet. 

On the second floor guests will find the primary living area and kitchen here. The living room features plenty of seating with dual sofas, club chairs, and a large mounted flat screen TV perfect for family nights in. Adjacent is the full-size modern kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for two more. The adjacent dining area has a built-in custom bench seat and chairs for four that easily accommodate seating for eight or more.  Adjacent to the open combined living area is a second-story open-air porch where guests are able to unwind and take in the sights and sounds of the stunning outdoors on a private, oversized balcony porch, featuring a swing and outdoor dining the perfect area for a nightcap.  Also on this floor is bedroom number two, another king bedroom with a private bath with a single vanity and a shower & tub combo.

The third floor is home to the third bedroom, an expansive king primary suite with plenty of room, a large mounted flat screen TV, and a private modern bathroom featuring dual vanity sinks and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. Off the king bedroom is the fourth bedroom space, a bunk room with a wall-mounted TV, a half bath, and bean bags for lounging. The bunk room features a king bed and one twin bed down as well as two more twins up sleeping five in all, a perfect kids' hangout retreat!

The final surprise is tucked up the spiral staircase on the 4th-floor tower. Inside the 4th floor, guests can enjoy a remote work area, for anyone working on the road or just needing some quiet time. Step outside the doors to find an open-air tower deck, paired with outdoor seating and a bird’s eye view of town. Planning a trip to Seaside, FL? The Poppy House cottage in Seaside was the perfect setting for our trip with friends this year! It has four spacious bedrooms that were all comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room! We loved the front porch and the location! The bikes were a nice addition too! Thank you to the property management company for the help, it was much appreciated. We would love to come back and stay here again! Location was excellent!

The Poppy House was the perfect setting for our group of 12 in Seaside! We had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable and all was very clean! We loved the location and the front porches! The croquet lawn was right outside our door and we were just a quick walk from everything in town - shops, restaurants and beach! We will definitely be back!
