Perfectly positioned across from the croquet lawn in a peaceful corner of Seaside, this beautifully renovated beach retreat is just a 6-minute stroll to sugar-white sands and steps from over 35 vibrant shops and restaurants. Fully redesigned from the studs up, Poppy House now features three spacious king bedrooms, stunning new designer furnishings, a completely updated kitchen, and accommodations for up to 15 guests. Best of all, it's pet-friendly—so feel free to bring your furry family member along for the fun!

Guests are greeted by a charming open-air front porch, complete with rocking chairs and dining for four—an ideal spot for sipping morning coffee while overlooking the lush lawn. Step inside to find custom built-ins in the foyer for easy beach gear storage and a thoughtfully designed first floor, perfect for kids and teens. This level includes a secondary living area with a large flat-screen TV, a queen sleeper sofa, and an adjacent triple bunk nook that sleeps five. A freshly remodeled full bathroom with a glass-enclosed tub/shower combo and a single vanity serves this space. Also on the first floor is one of three king bedrooms—an elegant suite with a sleek ensuite bath featuring dual quartz vanities and a walk-in shower.

The second floor serves as the heart of the home, where the main living room, kitchen, dining area, and another generous open-air porch come together. The living area offers plush seating with a large sofa, four club chairs, and a flat-screen TV. Just behind is the fully renovated kitchen, outfitted with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar for two. Adjacent is a dining table that comfortably seats eight. Step through to the expansive porch for outdoor dining and lounge seating nestled among the treetops—a tranquil space to unwind. The Poppy House cottage in Seaside was the perfect setting for our trip with friends this year! It has four spacious bedrooms that were all comfortable. The kids loved the bunk room! We loved the front porch and the location! The bikes were a nice addition too! Thank you to the property management company for the help, it was much appreciated. We would love to come back and stay here again! Location was excellent!

The Poppy House was the perfect setting for our group of 12 in Seaside! We had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable and all was very clean! We loved the location and the front porches! The croquet lawn was right outside our door and we were just a quick walk from everything in town - shops, restaurants and beach! We will definitely be back!
