Designed with efficiency and creativity in mind, S’more Cottage offers far more than a typical one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath vacation rental in Seaside, Florida. With soaring ceilings, smart use of space, and refined architectural details, this two-story cottage delivers a comfortable and stylish coastal retreat. Located directly across the street from the beach, S’more Cottage serves as the private guesthouse to Never Enough, while maintaining its own distinct footprint on Seaside’s east side.

Open Living Spaces with Smart Design

The first floor welcomes guests into an open living and dining area perfectly sized for a relaxing beach getaway. High ceilings create an airy feel, enhancing the sense of space and natural light. A comfortable twin sleeper sofa provides additional flexibility for guests, while the thoughtful layout ensures both function and comfort throughout the home.

Efficient Kitchen for Coastal Living

The compact yet well-appointed kitchen is designed for convenience and ease. Featuring mostly stainless-steel appliances, the kitchen includes a stovetop, compact dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a built-in wine rack, along with ample storage for extended stays. A half bath and a full-size washer and dryer are also located on the first floor, making day-to-day living effortless.

Private King Loft Retreat

Upstairs, the second-floor loft serves as a serene sleeping space with room for a king-sized bed and a full bathroom with shower and separate vanity. Surrounded by windows, the loft is filled with natural light and opens onto a private balcony, offering a quiet outdoor escape just steps from the Gulf.
Please note: The second-floor king loft does not have a railing behind the headboard and is not suitable for young children.

Outdoor Comfort & Flexible Accommodations

Guests enjoy the convenience of a private outdoor shower, ideal after a day on Seaside’s white-sand beaches. For larger groups or extended family stays, the neighboring three-bedroom main cottage, Never Enough, may also be rented to create additional space while maintaining privacy.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Very well appointed home and 2 minutes from the beach. If you want to spend time at the beach with convenience of your rental within an easy walk, this is your place. Dont get me wrong. The accommodations are very nice with a comfortable bed and good pillows. The shower is ample size in the living area is very comfortable.

We really loved being so close to the beach access. It was very convenient. Also just a short walk to all the food & shopping. The house was very tiny but everything was so nice and comfortable. It was all we needed & loved every bit of it!!! Thank you so much!

It was perfect for two people. Great house, a few minutes walk to the beach and town center to great restaurants and shopping. S'more was clean, nice linens, very pretty inside and out. Would definitely stay here again! Welcome gifts were especially nice!
