As you approach The Station, you’ll be greeted by a picturesque setting of towering, majestic trees and a classic white picket fence that warmly frames the property. The first thing you’ll notice is the cottage’s charming three-story design, with each level featuring its own furnished balcony — perfect for soaking up the bright Florida sunshine or enjoying a cozy hangout at any time of day.

Step inside, and you’ll find that the first floor feels like it was designed just for you and your loved ones. The spacious dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and inviting living area come together to create a space where comfort meets style. Thoughtfully curated with elegant fixtures and Seaside-inspired art, this area is the heart of the home. Whether you’re preparing a homemade feast or unwinding by the fireplace, it’s the ideal place to gather, cook, and relax. You’ll also have access to the front and side porches, as well as a convenient half-bath. The first floor also features one of two luxurious primary bedrooms, complete with a private bathroom and direct porch access.

Venture to the second floor, and you’ll find an additional cozy sitting area with its own TV — a great spot to catch a movie or enjoy a quiet moment. This level offers three beautifully appointed bedrooms: another spacious primary suite, a king bedroom, and a charming twin bedroom. Each room has its own private bathroom, providing a sense of privacy and comfort. The second-floor porches are just steps away, inviting you to step outside and unwind in the coastal breeze.

For the ultimate escape, head up to the third-floor tower. Here, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of Seaside, complete with a swing for added relaxation. Whether you’re starting your day with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or watching the sunset with a refreshing cocktail, this tower space is the perfect vantage point to take in the beauty of the area.

With four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, The Station cottage is ideally located just minutes from the West Side pool, the beach, and the bustling downtown area. Whether you’re traveling with family or a group of friends, this spacious and thoughtfully designed cottage provides a comfortable and luxurious retreat for everyone.

* 5 night minimum in Spring, Spring Break, and Summer; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This was our second time to stay at The Station. It is perfect for our large family with all the bedrooms having their own private bathrooms and plenty of space. The location is amazing! Will definitely stay here again!

The Station was a great house for our girls trip. It is well kept, spacious, clean and everything you would want in a vacation house. We spent hours on the tower enjoying the amazing view and weather. Homeowners is a great company to rent through; any house they have you will be well taken care of.

We have vacationed at Seaside for over 30 years and The Station is by far our favorite house! The house is in the best location, near the beach, pool, shopping and dining! Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The tower provides beautiful views of Seaside, the gulf and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes, utensils and appliances and the furniture is beautiful, updated and comfortable!The Station and Homeowners Collection did not disappoint!We had a wonderful week!
