Inviting First Floor Living & Entertaining Spaces

The first floor welcomes guests into a warm, thoughtfully designed gathering space that blends comfort and style. The open living area, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen serve as the heart of the home, accented by elegant fixtures and Seaside-inspired artwork. Whether you’re preparing a family meal, enjoying conversation by the fireplace, or relaxing after a beach day, this level is designed for connection and ease.

Step outside to the front or side porch for additional outdoor living, or take advantage of the conveniently located half bath. Also on this level is one of two spacious primary suites, complete with a private ensuite bathroom and direct access to a furnished porch — a perfect private retreat.

Ideally located just minutes from the West Side pool, Seaside’s private beaches, and the vibrant downtown area, this cottage places you close to shopping, dining, and entertainment while maintaining a tranquil residential feel.

The Station invites you to experience Seaside living at its finest — spacious, stylish, and perfectly situated for an unforgettable coastal getaway.

* 5 night minimum in Spring, Spring Break, and Summer; 3 night minimum for Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

The Station was a great house for our girls trip. It is well kept, spacious, clean and everything you would want in a vacation house. We spent hours on the tower enjoying the amazing view and weather. Homeowners is a great company to rent through; any house they have you will be well taken care of.

We have vacationed at Seaside for over 30 years and The Station is by far our favorite house! The house is in the best location, near the beach, pool, shopping and dining! Plenty of space for our family to spread out and relax. The tower provides beautiful views of Seaside, the gulf and spectacular sunrises and sunsets. The kitchen is stocked with quality dishes, utensils and appliances and the furniture is beautiful, updated and comfortable!The Station and Homeowners Collection did not disappoint!We had a wonderful week!
