Starry Night is located directly across from the beach in Seaside on Odessa Street. This cottage features incredible wrap-around open-air porches on the first floor with rockers and a hammock to enjoy the afternoon after a long day spent at the beach. The first floor includes all three bedrooms down each with its own private bathroom. The queen primary bedroom has porch access, a large flat-screened mounted TV, and plenty of storage. The primary private bath has been recently renovated with dual vanities, a deep soaker tub, and a walk-in shower with outdoor access. The second bedroom down is another queen bedroom with porch access and a recently renovated private bathroom that features a tub and shower combo. The third bedroom down features a custom built-in bunk room for four, with under-bed storage, porch access, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower off the bunks.

Upstairs to the second-floor living areas and another large open-air porch that runs the length of the home and wraps around to the rear. This stunning open-air porch has outdoor dining for four and additional Adirondack seating for six with slight gulf views. The outdoor porch is the perfect place for family meals or an evening nightcap enjoying the night sky to the sounds of ocean waves. Inside is an open floor plan combining living, dining, and kitchen areas. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six and is adjacent to the outdoor dining area. The open living area features comfortable seating for many, a large mounted flat-screen TV, and porch access. The kitchen at the center of the home offers an additional bar seating for four, updated stainless steel appliances, and a wine fridge. Here the spiral wooden staircase gives access to the enclosed tower room with stunning gulf views and a Juliet balcony.

The enclosed tower room has stunning gulf views to the west and east as well as an open-air Juliet balcony to take in the stunning views. Downstairs is a full-size washer and dryer, off the side of the home is an enclosed outdoor shower, and at the rear is a large outdoor grill off the rear porch perfect for grilling.

Private Seaside residential beach access at the adjacent Odessa Pavilion. For additional guests, the back guest cottage Little Dipper can be rented to sleep an additional two more guests.

5 night min. Spring, Spring Break, & Summer - 3 night min. for Fall - 2 night min. for Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Was a great house, suited our family of six adults perfectly. Great location, walked to everything, and only had to cross the road to get to the beach.However, some grates in the grill need replacing, outlet in main floor bathroom (to use blow dryer) didnt work

Starry Night was the ideal home for our friends' reunion gathering. Many hours were spent in the family room and on the glorious porch - ideal for watching the sunset. All communication leading up to our trip was professional and appreciated, and check in and check out were seamless.

We had a wonderful week at seaside, our house was very accommodating for our family of six, and to have everything within walking distance was great. Just to make you aware, We did notice a few tiny ants if we left food out, and on 3 different occasions we saw a cockroach, But didnt deter us enjoying our stay, and we look forward to going back next year. I also liked the ease of dealing with Homeowners Collection via texts and e-mail messages —- very easy and efficient regarding payments, arrival and departure instructions. Thank you for making it all such a great experience.

Best Seaside experience yet! Wonderful cottage with stunning gulf views - the crows nest at sunset is a must! Great indoor and outdoor gathering spaces for the family. Just steps to the Odessa walkover and close to the Westside Pool. Perfect location for us! Homeowners Collection was easy to work with and dealt with maintenance issues quickly. We had such a great stay and Starry Night will definitely be our go-to cottage from now on!
