87 Central Wine Bar is now open daily from 4pm - 10pm, the menu will include sushi, charcuterie, shareable plates, and large-scale event dishes like paella, emphasizing seasonal freshness and local sourcing when available. Along with these food options, 87 Central will also feature an extensive wine, champagne and craft cocktail menu. Paella nights will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays - times TBD.
