Opening November 9th from Chef Jim Shirley and nestled between The Great Southern Café and Sundog Books (in the space previously occupied by The Chicken Shack) comes 87 Central Wine Bar.
Open daily from 4pm - 10pm, the menu will include sushi, charcuterie, shareable plates, and large-scale event dishes like paella, emphasizing seasonal freshness and local sourcing when available. Along with these food options, 87 Central will also feature an extensive wine, champagne and craft cocktail menu. Paella nights will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays - times TBD.
More coming in the spring, 87 Central will have a retractable pergola and more improved entrance. At present, not accepting reservations. Website is coming soon!
