Drome is opening in Seaside in the spring of 2025!
Seaside is thrilled to welcome Whitley Dykes and Kunyu Li (Desiree), the creative minds behind Auburn’s celebrated The Irritable Bao and the food truck sensation Dumps Like a Truck. Renowned for their handcrafted dumplings and bao, the couple is bringing their bold, authentic flavors to SEASIDE® with their newest concept: ‘drome, offering dumplings, street eats, and sips in an exciting new dining experience.
