Seeing Red Schedule

The Wine Festival is Thursday through Sunday, November 10-13, kicking off formally on Thursday evening  with the intimate Vintner's Dinner hosted by Bud & Alley's. It's a limited-ticket dinner with a curated menu to accompany the wines of Bogle Vineyards, with Jody Bogle herself present.

Friday evening is the Al Fresco Wine Tasting, with vintage and reserve wines poured by the winemakers, and paired with gourmet bites. The evening is accompanied with live music, and it all happens on Seaside's Lyceum Lawn.

Saturday afternoon opens Central Square to the Grand Tasting, with over 130 wines and their vintners, along with Seaside chef cuisine and live music.

Sunday morning wraps up the festival with champagne and brunch on the Lyceum Lawn in the Celebration of Bubbles, to round out the weekend and make plans to meet people again next year!

Seaside in the Fall

Florida in fall is a lovely time of year to visit. Crowds thin out after the summer, and in November even the fall break crowd is just a memory. The hip travelers come for the slower times, the cooler temperatures, and the relaxation that sets in at this time of year.

And everything in Seaside is still open, the restaurants and shops, with everyone still serving up gourmet and eclectic delights, and happy for the space to meet with people in a more leisurely way. And this may sound like just a story, but any local will tell you that the sunsets are even more gorgeous at this time of year!

It's the perfect setting for the perfect wine festival, which is geared around mingling and conversation with time to savor all that's on offer. And in between the star events of the festival, guests will manage to mill around, stroll the town or meet up in the cottages to celebrate the occasion.
