Our rental experience was great! The house is so nice, we absolutely loved both the upstairs and downstairs porches. There are a lot of stairs which was a little tough with a toddler, but that was the only negative for us. The location is so close to the beach and absolutely perfect. Homeowners Collection was great as well! We loved our stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location and close to the beach. Loved the layout of the house especially the porches. There are a few things that need to be addressed..the toilet seat in one bedroom was pieces thrown together. People who did painting really left paint splatters all over floors. The faucets in bathrooms were loose and some of porch furniture completely rusted out. The glasses hanging on racks were coated with a film and had to be washed before using. The lights were out in the hall stairwell. But we would stay again place just needs to be a bit renovated.

I highly recommend Homeowner's Collection! They were extremely responsive and friendly. The home was clean and comfortable. Thank you for making our 10th trip a pleasurable one! A few notes about this property-- First, the location is great for a quick walk across the street to the beach or steps away from Seaside dining & shopping. Secondly, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were beautiful and spacious.We did have a few specific comments about this particular property--1) I found the the steps very concerning. I am someone who has fallen on vacations before from missing the bottom step. When walking down in this house, you can't easily tell which is the bottom step. I had to put books on each of the last few steps to give us a visual cue. I would have been very concerned to have an elderly parent or young children in this house. There are a lot of steps! 2) We really wish the fireplace had been in working order. That would have been wonderful in the cool evenings, especially because the house felt drafty and we felt cold! Thank you for a great trip. We always love Seaside and this was our third successful rental with Homeowner's Collection!
