Welcome to @theBeach, a beautifully designed townhome located right on Seaside’s charming Ruskin Park, just a short stroll from both the beach and the bustling heart of Seaside, Florida, where over 35 shops and restaurants await.

This luxury “New Orleans style” townhome, crafted by renowned New York architect Alexander Gorlin, is a newly redecorated 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath retreat with stylish, designer touches throughout.

On the first level, you’ll find two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own entrance. The rear king bedroom opens directly to a covered driveway, offering ample storage, a large SMART HDTV, and a private bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The second king bedroom, facing Ruskin Park, has elegant French doors that open onto the park, as well as a SMART HDTV and a private bathroom with a sleek glass-enclosed shower.

Head up to the second level to find the main living area, bathed in natural light. The living room features designer furnishings, a 65" SMART HDTV, and doors leading to an open-air balcony overlooking the park. A cozy card table for four is perfect for game nights, while the formal dining room comfortably seats six. The modern, fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances and a breakfast nook with seating for four. Off the kitchen, a second balcony offers outdoor dining for six, set against tree-top views.

The third level hosts the primary king suite with an attached bath and a dedicated home office, ideal for remote work. The office opens onto a front-facing balcony overlooking Ruskin Park, furnished with two chaise loungers for relaxed people-watching or quiet moments among the treetops.

The fourth level is the crown jewel of the townhome—a tower room with its own wet bar that opens to the rooftop deck. Here, two chaise loungers and Adirondack seating for four await, along with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and Seaside’s rooftops.

Each level provides spacious balconies, perfect for evening dinners or drinks while watching the world go by. With room for up to six guests, this townhome is ideal for three couples or two families. Just like that, @theBeach becomes your new favorite getaway!

Great space - four floors each with one or two balconies. The park can get a bit loud but you can always sit on the opposite side if you want to be outside.

Our family enjoyed @theBeach and the town of Seaside immensely. The home was impeccable, clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There was plenty of living space for our big group and everyone enjoyed having their own bathrooms. The location was our favorite part! Ruskin Park is beautiful and so close to everything in Seaside, yet it is so serene you don't feel like you could be that close to the action of the town, restaurants, shops, etc. The beach was a quick walk as well. We absolutely loved the tower and deck for stunning views! A terrific vacation indeed. We cannot wait to return!

We could not be more pleased with our cottage for our family trip! We fell in love with it immediately. We loved that we all had king sized beds, which were so comfortable! The location was perfect - so close to the restaurants and shops and just a quick walk to the beach. Loved the decor and the space. We had a fabulous time @theBeach! Thank you to Homeowner's collection for quick responses and help with everything! We will be back.
