Been coming to Seaside several times a year for over 30 years with groups of 20 to 70 people. When Seaside is busier, which is anytime school is out, houses like this that are close to downtown but still isolated enough to provide quiet and privacy are great. Also this house was rented through Homeowners group, less expensive than directly through VRBO, Homeowners is by far the best property management company in Seaside.Also house is very tastefully decorated.

We had a great experience during our stay. The home is extremely conveniently located just around the corner from all the main stores and restaurants in Seaside and less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Everything was extremely convenient. The home was beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed. Many great balconies, outdoor spaces and a rooftop for enjoying the outdoors.

Great space - four floors each with one or two balconies. The park can get a bit loud but you can always sit on the opposite side if you want to be outside.
