This grand Seaside Avenue home is sure to enhance your beach vacation experience to the fullest! Offering a stellar location on Seaside Avenue just steps to Central Square, the beach, and all things Seaside ‘String of Pearls’ allows you to escape reality in a prime Seaside, FL location!

As you pull onto Seaside Avenue and spot a large, inviting front porch with Adirondack seating for five, you’ll know you have arrived at your prime Seaside destination. The expansive front porch is surrounded by a lush landscaped fenced-in front yard, providing a perfect morning coffee location.  Step inside and a welcoming foyer leads to the three of four bedrooms down and a staircase that leads to the second-floor living areas and fourth bedroom. This home has a neutral coastal beach vibe, an updated modern kitchen, and incredible porches with windows and wood floors throughout. 

The first bedroom down is the queen primary suite with a seating area for two, a mounted flat-screen TV, and its own private primary bathroom. The generous primary bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaker tub, and a walk-in shower. The second bedroom down is a queen bedroom with a flat-screen TV, doors with front porch access, and another private bathroom with a shower only. The third bedroom down is the custom-designed bunk room featuring two twin bunk beds with plenty of built-in storage and its own private bathroom as well. This bunk bathroom has dual vanities and a walk-in shower; a perfect kids' hangout!  There is a walk-in laundry room on the first floor with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience.

 Just up the staircase are the combined open floor plan living areas, a large open-air balcony that runs the length of the home, and a side screened-in porch with outdoor dining. The living room features bright slipcovered furniture with plenty of seating for all, and a large flat-screen TV mounted, perfect for family nights in and gatherings. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area that easily seats eight, situated between the kitchen and the front open-air balcony access. The open-air front balcony off the dining area is very large and runs the length of the entire home, with Adirondack seating for eight that overlooks Seaside Avenue and tree-top views. The kitchen is directly behind the dining area and has been updated with all stainless-steel top-of-the-line appliances, it features a large center island with breakfast bar seating for three more and a bonus wet bar area with an ice maker. Off the kitchen is a screened-in porch with outdoor dining for four, the perfect evening escape location.  The fourth bedroom is on the second floor and features two twin beds and a private bathroom with a shower only.

String of Pearls is a beautiful house on Seaside Avenue. It is a very short walk to the Seaside Square and beach. We loved being so close to everything, and the house was wonderful!

This was our familys second time to stay in String of Pearls. The home, inside and out, is a dream. Bright white and beachy, open, elegant AND has everything you need. For all these reasons and more, its the Best Beach House EVER!

Homeowners collection does a wonderful job of helping you get settled and answering all you questions. String of Pearls was the perfect house for our family while in Seaside. The house was very cozy and functioned well. Everyone had a room and bathroom. The porches made the morning and evening so relaxing. The location of the home was convenient and a beautiful short walk to Seaside square. We will definitely be reserving this beautiful home again!

Travelling from Australia we were delighted with the accomodation that met us. The property was spacious with a good layout. Living upstairs. Adequate bedroom and bathroom space with one bed upstairs and three downstairs. The location was fantastic, walkable to everything we needed. We did have a car though and was ample parking for two cars at the front of the property. We did have a good experience with the parking Officer a real character who explained how the system worked. The home owners collective was so welcoming and we welcomed the opportunity to share some food and a drink during our stay. The beaches were wonderful. Thanks for a great trip, we will be back! Nick, Damien, Kelvin and Brad!

We visited String of Pearls cottage in late February of 2023 and could not have been more pleased. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as it was very beautiful from the exterior as well as the interior. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and everything was very clean and orderly. This location in Seaside can not be beat. It is on a grand and gorgeous block of an idyllic town. We highly recommend String of Pearls to those wanting a vacation with true charm and grace.

String of Pearls is a great place to stay in Seaside, Florida! We had a group of 9 and the house had plenty of room for us. The beds were comfortable and the living spaces were comfy and spacious. We loved the outdoor areas - balconies were a treat! The location could not be beat - just a short walk to all of the Seaside amenities like restaurants, shops and the beach! We will definitely stay here again, thanks so much to the Homeowner's collection for everything!
