From the moment you arrive, the home’s expansive front porch—with Adirondack seating for five—welcomes you in. Framed by lush landscaping and a fenced front yard, this inviting space is perfect for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or simply soaking in the charm of Seaside Avenue.

Thoughtfully Designed Coastal Interiors

Inside, a bright foyer leads to three of the four bedrooms on the first floor, along with a staircase that opens to the main living areas above. The home features a neutral coastal aesthetic, warm wood floors, large windows, and an updated modern kitchen—creating an atmosphere that feels both relaxed and refined.

The first-floor queen primary suite includes a cozy seating area, mounted flat-screen TV, and a spacious private bathroom with dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. The second queen bedroom offers porch access, a flat-screen TV, and a private ensuite bath with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom is a custom-designed bunk room with two twin bunk beds, built-in storage, and a private bathroom featuring dual vanities and a walk-in shower—perfect for younger guests.

A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located in the first-floor laundry room.

Upstairs, the second floor opens to expansive open-concept living and dining areas, ideal for gathering with family and friends. The living room features comfortable slipcovered furnishings, generous seating, and a large mounted flat-screen TV for movie nights or relaxing evenings in.

The dining area comfortably seats eight and connects seamlessly to both the kitchen and the expansive open-air balcony. The fully updated kitchen is outfitted with top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, a large center island with bar seating for three, and a bonus wet bar complete with an ice maker. String of Pearls is a beautiful house on Seaside Avenue. It is a very short walk to the Seaside Square and beach. We loved being so close to everything, and the house was wonderful!

This was our familys second time to stay in String of Pearls. The home, inside and out, is a dream. Bright white and beachy, open, elegant AND has everything you need. For all these reasons and more, its the Best Beach House EVER!

Homeowners collection does a wonderful job of helping you get settled and answering all you questions. String of Pearls was the perfect house for our family while in Seaside. The house was very cozy and functioned well. Everyone had a room and bathroom. The porches made the morning and evening so relaxing. The location of the home was convenient and a beautiful short walk to Seaside square. We will definitely be reserving this beautiful home again!

Travelling from Australia we were delighted with the accomodation that met us. The property was spacious with a good layout. Living upstairs. Adequate bedroom and bathroom space with one bed upstairs and three downstairs. The location was fantastic, walkable to everything we needed. We did have a car though and was ample parking for two cars at the front of the property. We did have a good experience with the parking Officer a real character who explained how the system worked. The home owners collective was so welcoming and we welcomed the opportunity to share some food and a drink during our stay. The beaches were wonderful. Thanks for a great trip, we will be back! Nick, Damien, Kelvin and Brad!

We visited String of Pearls cottage in late February of 2023 and could not have been more pleased. We thoroughly enjoyed the home as it was very beautiful from the exterior as well as the interior. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and everything was very clean and orderly. This location in Seaside can not be beat. It is on a grand and gorgeous block of an idyllic town. We highly recommend String of Pearls to those wanting a vacation with true charm and grace.
