Seaside Spring Break Policies — March 7 – April 19, 2026
Curfew for Unaccompanied Minors (18 & Under) To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all guests, Seaside will enforce a 7:00 PM CST curfew for unaccompanied minors (18 and under) without parental supervision. This applies throughout Seaside, including:
- Town Square, 25 Central Square, and Airstream Row
- All residential streets, including East Ruskin Street, West Ruskin Street, and others
Minors must be accompanied by an adult in all of the above areas after 7:00 PM.
Security Additional security measures will be in place throughout Seaside during this period.
Controlled Entry Plan — March 16–20 (Monday–Friday) To minimize through traffic, all residential streets will be blocked from incoming traffic from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM daily. Three entry/exit points will remain open for residents and guests:
- Natchez Street
- Tupelo Street
- Seaside Avenue
If you plan to be in the area during these hours, please work with our Security team and refrain from removing any barriers.
