To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, Seaside will enforce a 7:00 PM CST Seaside, Florida town square curfew for unaccompanied minors, 18 and under, without parental supervision, during the weeks of March 7 - April 19, 2026. The residential streets of Seaside will also run the same curfew as the town center. The 80-acre resort community offers the largest residential private beach on 30A. This beach is exclusive to Seaside's owners and guests.
● Town and neighborhood restrictions begin at 7PM for 18 & under; minors must be accompanied by an adult in Seaside Town Square, 25 Central Square and Air Stream Row, and on Seaside residential streets such as East Ruskin Street, West Ruskin Street, and other residential streets.
● Security Measures: Additional security measures will be in place in Seaside, Florida.
