Sleeping up to eight guests, Seaspell features generous outdoor living spaces, a private tower with scenic views, and a warm, coastal interior—plus, it’s pet-friendly, so your four-legged family members can join the fun.

Inviting Outdoor Living & Classic Seaside Charm

Guests are welcomed by a furnished front porch, an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the nearby sounds of the Gulf. Additional outdoor spaces include a screened porch overlooking a spacious backyard, complete with outdoor dining and seating—perfect for relaxed evenings after a day at the beach. Tucked above it all, the private tower offers a peaceful escape with wrap-around views of the treetops and a glimpse of the Gulf beyond.

Open-Concept Living with Coastal Style

Inside, the first level features soaring ceilings and a light-filled, open-concept design ideal for gathering. The living area offers comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV, while the fully equipped kitchen includes bar seating for three, ample prep space, and everything needed for dining in. A charming dining area and cozy window seat complete the space, making it easy to relax, connect, and unwind.

A bonus loft accessed by a ship’s ladder provides additional sleeping space for two guests, adding flexibility for families or groups.

Comfortable Bedrooms & Private Suites

The first floor includes two bedrooms: a welcoming queen bedroom and a spacious king bedroom featuring a flat-screen TV, serene reading nook, ensuite bathroom, and direct access to the screened porch and backyard.

The second floor is dedicated entirely to the private king suite—a true retreat complete with a seating area, desk workspace, closet, full-length mirror, and ensuite bath. This level offers added privacy and comfort, making it an ideal primary suite.

A Tower Retreat with Views

At the top of the home, a bonus tower room awaits. Furnished with a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV, this space opens onto a wrap-around deck where guests can take in peaceful treetop views and a peek of the Gulf—perfect for sunset watching or quiet moments away from it all.

*  5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $150 pet fee, for three-bedroom homes. Pets will not be allowed on furniture.  No dog over 70 lbs.

Over the years, we have visited Seaside often and rented over 15 different properties over time. This was definitely one of our favorite cottages to date! We loved the layout, the finishes & updates and the location. Seaspell had the perfect combination of "classic" and "cozy" that we love about Seaside, overall. This rental is the best! It is close to the beach and the Square - everything is so close and even with the HOT weather, the beach was amazing. Would recommend this rental for sure.

We booked a last minute, quick getaway and brought our mini doodle with us. The house is nicely updated with a well stocked kitchen! We had everything we needed and then some. The location is great. Would stay again!

Our stay at the Seaspell cottage in Seaside FL was absolutely wonderful! Very accommodating for 4 adults and 1 pup. The cottage was lovely and well appointed making our time away from home amazing.
