Welcome to "Cork the Wine," a chic one-bedroom unit located on the third floor of the Dreamland Heights building in the heart of Seaside's Central Square! This condo boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the Gulf and the town from its private balcony, along with a modern coastal interior designed for the ultimate relaxation.

Upon arrival, guests can head to the Dreamland Heights building and take the elevator to the unit's entrance. Before entering, you'll find a spacious common deck area with seating and beautiful views of the town and Gulf right outside your door. Inside, a ship’s ladder and spiral staircase lead you upstairs to a second level featuring an open living area with high ceilings, large windows, slip-covered seating, a queen-size sleeper sofa, and access to the private balcony overlooking the town and Gulf. This level also includes a dining table for two, conveniently situated next to the fully equipped kitchen, along with additional bar seating for three at the kitchen breakfast bar.

On the first floor, the unit features a king primary bedroom with large windows that offer stunning views of Central Square and the sparkling waters below. Adjacent to the bedroom is a shared hall bathroom with a single vanity and a tub and shower combo. Beach access for this cottage is available via the town center access point at Coleman Pavilion. Please note that this unit does not have an assigned parking spot; parking is first-come, first-served in the designated shared areas behind the 121 Central Square building and along Quincy Circle. * A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

We had an amazing time at this cottage in the heart of Seaside! We were so impressed with he property management company - Homeowner's Collection. They greeted us and helped with all of our questions and gave us a goody bag with wine and beach towels, and two free bikes for our stay! We never needed a car the whole time we were in town. The location was perfect and the interior was gorgeous! The bed was so comfortable and everything was very clean. Thank you to the owners for a fabulous vacation! We will be back!

My husband and I cannot say enough great things about "Cork the Wine"! We LOVED everything about it - the location, the decor, the beds and the property management company was so attentive and helpful. We will cherish our vacation at this cottage in the heart of Seaside with gorgeous views of the beach!
