With panoramic views overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the vibrant town center below, this stylish condo places you steps from Seaside’s iconic shops, restaurants, and beach access—making it an ideal escape for couples or small families seeking a walkable, coastal getaway on 30A.

Guests arrive at the Dreamland Heights building and take the elevator to the unit’s entry. Just outside the front door, a shared open-air deck offers seating and sweeping views of both the town and Gulf—an inviting place to pause and soak in the Seaside atmosphere before stepping inside.

Light-Filled Living with Private Balcony Views

The main living level is accessed via a ship’s ladder and spiral staircase, opening into an airy, loft-style living space with high ceilings and expansive windows that flood the room with natural light. The inviting lounge features slipcovered seating and a queen sleeper sofa, perfect for relaxing after a beach day. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of Central Square activity and the shimmering Gulf beyond—ideal for morning coffee or sunset cocktails.

This level also includes a convenient half bath, adding comfort and functionality to the open living space.

Adjacent to the living area, the fully equipped kitchen is thoughtfully designed for simple meals and casual entertaining. Beach access is conveniently located at Coleman Pavilion, just a short walk through Central Square. With over 40 shops, restaurants, and cafés directly outside your door, Cork the Whine delivers an unmatched Seaside location where everything is within easy walking distance.

Please note that this unit does not include assigned parking. Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis in shared areas behind the 121 Central Square building and along Quincy Circle.

Whether you’re sipping wine on the balcony, enjoying sunset views over the Gulf, or stepping outside into the heart of Seaside’s lively town center, Cork the Whine offers a stylish and unforgettable Seaside, Florida vacation experience.

Our rental experience was fantastic! Huge shout out to the young lady, our host, who moved her car so we could get a parking spot! Once parked, we dis not leave in our car again until we packed up and left. Plenty to do and see on foot and by the complimentary bicycles! We have visited Seaside several times kver the years, this is one of our favorite places to stay!

This is an older unit, but functional and in the middle of it all in Seaside. You can take the elevator down to the shops or walk across the street to the beach. Parking was a bit of an issue but property management helped when we couldn't find a spot. Homeowner's Collection=the Best!

This rental was ideal with dining, coffee, beach, tennis & pools all within a very short walk. Host was available if needed & extremely efficient with communication. Bed was quite comfortable & decor very tasteful.
