Guests can locate this gem on a large corner lot of Forest Street and Smolian Circle, a 4-minute walk to the beach and a stroll away from the West End pool.

Arrive and park to spy this tranquil hideaway, surrounded by serene greenery and shade galore! An outdoor grill and shower can be found on the outside of the home, as well as plenty of yard space- making it the perfect spot for cookouts and wine or morning coffee and people-watching in town. Step inside and into an open cottage foyer with the bedroom and bathroom down on the first level. The queen primary bedroom down has French doors that lead to an open-air outdoor porch with a trellis and two Adirondack chairs, the perfect escape for morning coffee. There is an adjacent full bath off the foyer entrance and a queen with a single vanity and shower only.

Head upstairs to land in a spacious, open floor plan on the second level, surrounded by windows that allow beautiful sunshine to radiate throughout the level. The second story features a kitchen to the left of the staircase with a compact fridge, microwave, dishwasher, two-burner electrical stovetop, and coffee pot. (no oven) There is an adjacent dining area for six. The open living room has ample seating, plenty of natural light, and a flat-screen TV. This level can serve as the ultimate chill space, and is also separate from the sleeping quarters, allowing for the perfect balance and convenience for guests.  Looking to spend some prime beach time in the beloved Seaside, FL?  Bloomsbury awaits your arrival.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. Must be 25 or older to rent.

* Personalized service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided
* 1 parking pass for one-bedroom homes issued. A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

We would definitely rent this house again. The location is perfect and it is just a stroll to the main square or to the beach or pool. It is also a short walk to the chapel if you are here for a wedding. Wonderful porch with chairs. Large living area and nice bedroom with attached bathroom.

We had an awesome vacation staying at Bloomsbury! It is very close to the shops, restaurants, and beach and we loved having complimentary bikes as well! While I do think the cost of this cottage makes it worth your stay, there were a few things we noticed the cottage could improve on! The kitchen has all your basic utensils and appliances but we would have loved to have some basic ingredients like coffee filters and seasonings for cooking! The bed was not comfy, the ironing board was broken, there is a tree above the cottage that made a bad scratching noise, and the tv is super small! We still loved our stay here and the Homeowners collection reps were very responsive and kind throughout our stay!

We had a lovely time in Seaside staying at Bloomsbury. What a great cottage with a fantastic location. We enjoyed the bikes that came with the rental very much - along with the welcome bag of goodies. Great starter items. The cottage itself was so cute, comfortable, and clean! We cannot wait to come back and we will definitely try to stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here after learning it had joined the Homeowners collection. We have always enjoyed Seaside proper and this cottage was a true delight. The location was ideal, very close to shops and restaurants. A quick walk to the beach and yet out of the main traffic so it was quiet. We enjoyed the home very much and it had everything we wanted. Comfortable bed and seating area, a nice kitchen and ample space for us. Thank you for a great trip!
