Welcome to Heavy Water which is the Guest house of 'Moon Tower'. This prime location Seaside, Florida guest cottage is only a 4-minute walk to the beach, 3 houses to the West End pool, and only 3 minute walk to downtown Seaside Central Square with over 35 shops and restaurants only minutes from your front door! Park your car and walk or bike to all things Seaside, Florida.

This guest cottage has its own private charcoal grill as well as three outdoor areas; a screened-in front porch down at the entrance, an open-air deck in the rear overlooking a sandy footpath, and a screened-in porch off the primary bedroom up. This guest cottage lives larger with its multiple outdoor options. The screened front porch has two rockers and is the perfect location to enjoy your morning coffee. Inside on the first floor is the open combined living area and a full bathroom down. There is a mounted flat-screen TV, two dining bistro areas, and a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate two more. The efficiency kitchen offers a two burner electrical stove top, a mini under-counter fridge (no freezer), a mini dishwasher, a small sink, a full-size microwave, a coffee pot, a toaster, and all the other kitchen necessities to make home-cooked meals. (no oven in this unit) Off the kitchen in the rear is a deck that runs the length of home in the rear with outdoor seating for two that overlooks a quiet sandy footpath. Also on this level is the full bathroom with a single vanity and shower only.

Up a set of stairs lives a generous, queen bedroom with a private, furnished balcony providing sweeping views of mother nature and a full bath with a tub shower combo. Additionally, this cottage offers an outdoor grill for a night in to enjoy burgers and hotdogs outdoors, and is within walking distance to the West end pool, plenty of Seaside amenities, Ruskin Park and shops, private beach access and much more. Craving some beach time? Look no further than 'Heavy Water', and don't forget about its main home, 'Moon Tower' if you need additional space!

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

We had a great getaway at Heavy Water! We loved the location - it was close to the beach and the town square. We didn't need our car the whole time but did love the bikes that were provided by homeowner collection. Thank you! The cottage was nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was so cute! We will be back, thank you!
