The first floor features a beautifully appointed queen bedroom suite, designed as a peaceful haven after days spent at the beach. This space includes custom built-in storage, a charming bay window, a private flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination—ideal for both comfort and convenience.

Second-Floor Living Space & Sleeping Loft

The second level opens into a bright and airy open-concept living area with soaring ceilings and an inviting coastal feel. Anchored by a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV, this level is designed for gathering and relaxing. I can't say enough great things about the High Rustler cottage. The location was amazing - so close to the beach, shops and restaurants! The decor was beautiful and it was so comfortable and clean. We can't wait to return to Seaside and stay here again.

Such an amazing getaway for my family in the heart of Seaside! We loved every minute. The home was immaculate and the location was close to the beach and the pool which made it easy for our family to get back and forth. We also loved the bikes they provided! Didn't need a car at all because you can walk to the restaurants, food trucks and the activities in the Amphitheater that we love. Thank you to the Homeowners collection for incredible communication and hospitality!
