With two complimentary rental bikes included, beach access is only a quick two-minute ride away. The cottage is also ideally located near Seaside’s most beloved landmarks—just steps from the Seaside Chapel, a three-minute walk to the family-friendly West Side Pool, and a short stroll to more than 35 shops, restaurants, parks, and cafés in Central Square.

Cozy Living & Well-Appointed Kitchen

Guests enter Poppin’s Place through a private rear entrance, accessed by a sandy footpath and boardwalk that adds to the home’s relaxed beach charm. Just outside, a charcoal grill provides the perfect setup for casual cookouts after a day by the Gulf. Inside, the main level opens to a warm and inviting living space featuring a queen sleeper sofa, ideal for children or extra guests, and a mounted flat-screen TV for evening entertainment. The adjacent full kitchen is thoughtfully equipped with a full-size refrigerator, four-burner electric stovetop, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee maker—everything needed for easy meals at home. A cozy bistro table for two sits beside a bookshelf stocked with beach reads, creating a peaceful nook for morning coffee or intimate dinners. A convenient half bath completes the first floor.

We LOVED Poppin's Place in Seaside. It was a great location, close to all the shops & restaurants and a quick walk to the beach too. The house was neat, clean, comfortable and pretty. We will return here for sure.

My husband and I LOVED Poppin's Place and we were so happy with the rental agency, Homeowners collection. They were super helpful and gave a cute welcome bag. The cottage was so cute and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and also the shops & restaurants. Loved it and we can't wait to come back!
