Nestled in one of Seaside’s most sought-after locations, Tupelo Honey is your ideal beach escape—just 69 feet from the private Tupelo Pavilion beach access and a leisurely 5-minute stroll to downtown Seaside, where more than 35 shops, restaurants, and attractions await. This thoughtfully designed home features four beautifully furnished porches and an open-air rooftop tower deck offering sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico and unforgettable sunsets. Whether you're sipping morning coffee to the sound of the waves or enjoying an evening cocktail as the sun dips below the horizon, the outdoor living spaces set the tone for a truly relaxing beach vacation.

Out front, there’s parking for two vehicles and a welcoming screened-in front porch—the perfect spot to start your day in the sea breeze. Inside, the home unfolds into a spacious and open floor plan that brings everyone together with ease. The central living space includes two comfortable living areas, a full kitchen, and dining space for eight. The kitchen offers a four-burner electric cooktop, breakfast bar seating for four, and ample cookware to prepare meals at home.

Tucked just off the kitchen is a bonus bunk room, separated by privacy curtains and outfitted with two double bunks, offering cozy accommodations for up to four guests. The adjacent main living room features a sofa, two club chairs, and access to an open covered porch with cushioned seating for four, overlooking a private fenced yard with additional outdoor seating. A second living room at the rear of the house includes a fireplace, a large flat-screen TV, and access to another covered porch with seating for two. Just beyond is a sunroom with a twin daybed, providing a peaceful nook for reading or an extra sleeping space.

Head upstairs to the second floor and you’re greeted by an airy porch with lounge chairs and lovely treetop views. Down the hall are two spacious king bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. The first king suite features a flat-screen TV, porch access, and a single vanity bathroom. The second king suite is a serene retreat with a reading area, full-length mirror, large closet, and a desk for those who may need to work remotely. Its en-suite bath includes dual vanities and a tub/shower combo.
