Nestled adjacent to the main cottage, "Gravy" is a beautifully renovated guest cottage ideal for couples or small families. The entrance is accessed via a private walkway leading to the side door, where you'll find a foyer with a hall closet for extra storage, a full bath, and the primary bedroom. This inviting bedroom features a modern four-poster queen bed, built-in closets, and opens onto a charming screened-in front porch. The porch, equipped with two rocking chairs and a trunk for barbecue tools, is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. The full bath boasts a spacious walk-in shower, heated flooring, and a new stacked washer and dryer cleverly integrated into the design.

Head upstairs to the expansive open kitchen and living area. The custom kitchen features a large counter with bar seating for two, serving as a cozy dining area. You'll find all-new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas cooktop, a farmhouse sink, and a wine fridge. The refrigerator and freezer are designed as convenient drawer-style units. The living area, wrapped in windows, is filled with natural light and offers an open balcony off the living room with seating for two—a perfect spot to watch the world go by along Forest Street. The cottage comfortably accommodates four guests with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

"Gravy" stands out with its own private driveway and designated parking spot, along with close proximity to the Seaside Swim & Tennis Club, exercise facility, and various guest amenities in Seaside. Recognized with the 2018 Seaside Prize for its design by renowned early Seaside architect Deborah Berke, "Gravy" is a cottage you'll want to return to year after year.

This house was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. Super cute and clean. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Great pillows, mattress, and comforter. The management company was extremely responsive. Great location, close to the fitness center/pools and easy walk to the restaurants and ocean. Couldn't be happier!
