Nestled adjacent to the main cottage, "Gravy" is a beautifully renovated guest cottage ideal for couples or small families. The entrance is accessed via a private walkway leading to the side door, where you'll find a foyer with a hall closet for extra storage, a full bath, and the primary bedroom. This inviting bedroom features a modern four-poster queen bed, built-in closets, and opens onto a charming screened-in front porch. The porch, equipped with two rocking chairs and a trunk for barbecue tools, is the perfect spot for enjoying morning coffee or a glass of wine after a day at the beach. The full bath boasts a spacious walk-in shower, heated flooring, and a new stacked washer and dryer cleverly integrated into the design.

Head upstairs to the expansive open kitchen and living area. The custom kitchen features a large counter with bar seating for two, serving as a cozy dining area. You'll find all-new stainless steel appliances, including a five-burner gas cooktop, a farmhouse sink, and a wine fridge. The refrigerator and freezer are designed as convenient drawer-style units. The living area, wrapped in windows, is filled with natural light and offers an open balcony off the living room with seating for two—a perfect spot to watch the world go by along Forest Street. The cottage comfortably accommodates four guests with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

"Gravy" stands out with its own private driveway and designated parking spot, along with close proximity to the Seaside Swim & Tennis Club, exercise facility, and various guest amenities in Seaside. Recognized with the 2018 Seaside Prize for its design by renowned early Seaside architect Deborah Berke, "Gravy" is a cottage you'll want to return to year after year.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 3-night minimum stay Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

My husband and I ended an extended road trip by spending 4 nights at Seaside. We have visited many times before, but this was our first experience renting through the Homeowners Collection. We loved it! Communication both before and during our trip was seamless. Check in and check out were a breeze, and the one very minor issue we had was taken care of quickly with just a couple of text messages. We will be back!

This house was absolutely perfect for the 2 of us. Super cute and clean. The bed and bedding were super comfortable. Great pillows, mattress, and comforter. The management company was extremely responsive. Great location, close to the fitness center/pools and easy walk to the restaurants and ocean. Couldn't be happier!

Gravy was the perfect location located in the back. The house was spotless with everything you would need to have a wonderful stay. We stayed a full week and loved the space. The house comes with its own parking spot which is very nice. Would definitely stay at this rental again. Homeowners Collection is wonderful to work with from booking to leaving after the stay. They very much care for their renters.

Location was perfect for my wife and I spending a week away from our kids!(we love them obvi). Although we drove from StL with our gear, Homeowner's Collection / Seaside make it easy for you to jump off the plane and stay with them for your duration. The cooler bag was an excellent touch for a day at the beach! Everything you need is right there from Modica Market, to the food trucks, the bookstore, pools, and the BEACH. Cabana Man makes it easy to sit at the beach and stumble up to Pickles for a lunch break. It's hard to go back to life after a getaway to Seaside!

Very nice cottage for two. liked the location. The beach was great. Beach not crowded. Beach was quiet. Good food at some places and poor food at other places.

Gravy was the perfect size for our small family - 2 adults and 2 young kids. Really nice property, great street, great kitchen to cook meals, the list goes on. 5 stars!The only gripe is the pull out bed was really uncomfortable but we were able to get past that.

It was a very nice carriage house - equipped with everything we needed. It is just a short walk to the beach. It also has a very nice gas grill that we grilled our steaks on. Definitely one we will return to!
