Perfectly positioned on a quiet, less-traveled street, this inviting retreat is just a short walk to the beach, the West Side family pool, and downtown Seaside’s shops and restaurants — offering the ideal blend of convenience and tranquility.

Charming Arrival & Inviting Outdoor Spaces

Guests arrive to find two designated parking spaces directly in front of the home — easily recognized by its cheerful bright yellow front door. The experience begins on the first of three outdoor porches, an open-air front porch furnished with Adirondack seating for three. This sunny space overlooks the side yard and is a favorite spot for morning coffee or unwinding after a beach day.

Open-Concept Living with Screened Porch Access

Step inside to a spacious open floor plan designed for gathering and relaxation. The main level features a renovated kitchen, adjacent dining area, comfortable living room, a full bathroom, and access to a full-length screened-in rear porch.

The updated kitchen is equipped with new stainless-steel appliances, a large double-door refrigerator, and a generous breakfast bar with seating for four. The dining area offers flexible seating for six to eight guests with bench seating, while the living room provides two oversized slip-covered sofas, a club chair, and a large mounted flat-screen TV with soundbar. One sofa converts to a queen sleeper, accommodating additional guests. A renovated full bathroom on this level includes a single vanity and a glass-enclosed shower with a rain shower head.

Screened Porch & Private Backyard Retreat

Just off the living space, the second porch is a standout feature — a large screened-in porch running the length of the home. This favorite gathering space includes a lounge seating area with a sofa and two club chairs, plus bar-top seating for two, making it perfect for alfresco dining or evening cocktails.

Beyond the porch, guests will find a private rear deck with a charcoal grill, outdoor shower, and chaise lounger, all surrounded by a lush, well-maintained yard enclosed with a classic white picket fence.

Upstairs Bedrooms & Third Porch Escape

The second floor is home to all three bedrooms and the third porch, offering even more space to relax. The primary suite features a spacious king bed, ample storage, a flat-screen smart TV, and a renovated ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rain shower head. The primary also enjoys direct access to the screened-in upstairs porch.

The upstairs screened porch is a true retreat, complete with a bed swing and large sectional lounge — an ideal afternoon reading nook or evening wine spot.

The second bedroom offers a king bed, smart TV, double-door closet, and access to a shared renovated full bathroom. The third bedroom is a kids’ favorite bunk room with two twin bunks, dresser, smart TV, and access to the same shared bathroom. This full bathroom includes double vanities and a tub/shower combination.

We chose the Oasis House for its quaint interior and spacious rooms. Our party consisted of myself, Husband, and 3 16 year old girls. We had more than enough space for the week we were there. The overall quality was superb. Cleanliness, wonderful amenities, and extremely comfortable King bed. The location was perfect and allowed us to take a quick shortcut to the square and the beach. We also took advantage of the bicycles and went on several leisurely rides enjoying the scenery. I was happy this house had a porch swing, but due to the humidity, it was too hot to sit out and enjoy it.

Oasis is a beautiful, clean, spacious cottage that is perfect for our family. We can walk to shopping, dining and the beach. The rental agency is very responsive and accommodating. Their staff is professional and friendly.
