This comfy cottage is decorated with Boho beach style!  Floor to ceiling tongue and groove white walls and flooring are complemented by matte black hardware and fixtures.  Sisal rugs and white linens complete the relaxed coastal feel. Natural textures surround you in a space designed for comfort and relaxing. 

Recently updated, the home’s kitchen and primary bath have been redone to convey modern, breezy, beachy home design.  Furniture and light fixtures reinforce this Boho style. 

The cottage is located just off of Tupelo Circle.  Relax in the private gazebo or on the screened-in front porch.  Both offer serene places to sit and enjoy the outdoors or swing on the southern style porch swing.  A queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room provides space for additional guests.  The living room has many seating options and a 72-in flat-screen TV.  In the dining room, you’ll find a farmhouse table with bench seating for eight.  Large sea-grass pendants delicately illuminate the table to complement the coastal style of the cottage.  A bay window and kitchen bar area provide additional dining seating.  With a farmhouse sink and floating shelving, the kitchen is also fully equipped with the tools and equipment you need for a perfect meal.  The downstairs area also has a half bath for guests.  It was also recently renovated with beautiful shell stone flooring.  Glass pendant lighting and a circular mirror continue the beach living feel. 

Three bedrooms are located upstairs.  Each has an en suite bathroom.  In the primary bedroom, there is a king-sized bed located under a vaulted ceiling.  The many windows provide an abundance of natural light.  A flat-screen TV provides for relaxing entertainment.  For additional comfort and convenience, the spa-like bathroom features natural teak accents and a generous glass shower.  A walk-in closet keeps everything easily within reach.  Bay windows in the queen-sized room provide welcoming light.  It also has a bath with a shower/tub combo.  The additional bedroom has two twin beds with a bath.  This room also has a flat-screen TV.  In the hallway, you’ll discover a washer/dryer and closet with a luggage rack where clothing and additional items can be stored. 

The most enjoyable feature of this home is the view from the third level.  It can be accessed via a ship ladder.  The views of the town and the ocean will give you moments that you will treasure forever.  The lulling sounds of the waves make for many peaceful moments.

We have rented Almost Heaven twice. Our first stay was so great, we wanted it a second time. The home is perfectly supplied, you can't get a better location, and it is a cozy place to relax after a day at the beach! If you have a small family or group, this is where you want to stay! we will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in Almost Heaven. Well maintained and very comfortable. Larger TV in living area terrific for football Saturday. Hope to be back next year.One minor maintenance item. One of the beds in 3rd BR (BR with twins) hada nut missing from bolt that held metal frame together in middle. Bolt would fall out and frame separate. Did not bother us as bed wasnt used.

I would rent this property again with no hesitation. The house is amazing and the location is perfect. The only thing i would suggest is, there are several wall outlets through out the house that does not work. If we had not brought extension cords, it would have been difficult for charging phones, using blow dryers and curling irons.

Absolutely loved this house. Perfect for up to 6 people - all bedrooms upstairs so people can sleep in. Downstairs is allOpen so great to entertain. Screened porch is awesome and upstairs crows nest is fabulous - its a whole other living space with gorgeous views of water and rooftops to drink coffee in am and watch sunset with a glass of wine in pm. Charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Close to town but far enough away that not noisy. Beds are comfy, baths are not huge but plenty big for vacation. Loved this house!
