Allora 2 is the lock off configuration of Allora that consists of the second and third floors as well as the gorgeous open air roof top deck with amazing outdoor lounge spaces in Seaside, Florida. The luxury townhome is within the beautiful Artist Colony of Ruskin Park in central Seaside where boutique stores and art galleries surround the tranquil tree-lined green space. Remodeled with Restoration Hardware furnishings throughout and an 82-inch state of the art smart TV system in the main living space.

Catch a concert, visit a gallery or shop in the stores – it’s all at your door, and only a few minutes walk from the sugar-sand beach and Gulf Front dining!

Second Floor: Private entrance from the park or separate rear entrance takes you to the secluded terrace on the second floor with a natural gas Weber grill and outdoor dining area. Double French Doors lead to the expansive main living area with a massive 82” 4K smart TV with 4K Apple TV, Blu-Ray player, cinema surround sound, Sonos, wireless internet, hall bath with shower and utility closet with full-sized washer/dryer. Double doors lead to the gourmet kitchen complete with TV, Northland fridge and freezer, Viking gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and warmer drawers. Includes all small appliances and is perfect for hosting and entertaining. The dining room leads on from the kitchen with rustic reclaimed Elm-wood table seating for 8, Sonos music system, a Queen Murphy bed, and French Doors to the front terrace overlooking Ruskin Park and the Fairy Forest.

Third Floor: On reaching the third floor, double doors reveal the King primary suite with luxurious private ensuite (Kohler rain shower and freestanding Tyrell and Laing soaking tub for 2. The king primary suite also has a 50 inch smart TV, Apple TV, large dresser and walk in closet. A door from the primary bedroom opens to a spacious private terrace with comfy chairs.

Hall / library leads to a second bedroom with King bed (can be configured as a 2 twin beds if desired), smart TV, large dresser, comfortable side chair, wardrobe and ensuite full tub/shower bath.

A feature spiral staircase over a glass floor leads to the huge roof deck with a sail-shaded area that offers spectacular views of the towns of Seaside, Seagrove, Watercolor and the breath-taking sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. Comfy outdoor furniture, loungers and bar table set. Sonos speaker system.

In addition to the new fixtures and fittings, Allora 2 is equipped with state-of-the-art wireless enabled audio-visual equipment throughout; to include Samsung Smart TVs, Apple TVs and separate music zones, controlled via the Sonos wireless app.

Allora 2 shares the parking with Allora 1 and will have only one parking space for a car in the driveway.

* 5 night stay Spring & Spring Break; 3 night stay Fall; 2 Night stay Winter; not available during summer.  Must be 25 years    of age to rent and sign registration.
