As Luck Would Have It is a sophisticated 4-story townhome situated in Ruskin Place Park in the heart of Seaside, Florida. With two bedrooms and two and one half baths, this elegant art-filled home sleeps six. Multiple porches overlook the lawn and oak trees of Ruskin Place which is lined with unique boutique stores and art galleries. The home offers three floors of open living and a fabulous roof deck which affords spectacular town and gulf views. A convenient private home elevator makes this home accessible for persons having mobility issues as well. Catch a concert, visit a gallery or shop in the stores - it's all at your door and only a minute's walk from the sugar sand beach and Gulf Front dining!

The private entrance foyer has an elevator for your use - you can go all the way up to the roof deck. Great for moving luggage and groceries into the home. There is also an internal central staircase.

Gleaming maple floors grace all levels. On the second floor, you will find two bedrooms and two baths. The primary bedroom has a King bed with 2 bedside tables and lamps, a dresser, a large primary closet, LCD TV, DVD, dresser, and french doors to the wrap-around covered porch. Four lounge chairs allow you to read a book or people watch and enjoy the sounds of Seaside. This bedroom has a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and a pedestal sink and lots of shelving for your toiletries. The second bedroom has another King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, a desk, armoire with LCD TV, DVD, and a closet. The ensuite bath has a deep shower and a pedestal sink. The laundry room is conveniently located in the hall and has front loading HE washer and dryer.

The main living area is on the third floor, there is also a convenient powder room. The large living area offers a sofa and three chairs framed around a decorative fireplace and a big LED TV. French doors offer plenty of light and open to the covered porch. The porch is outfitted with a dining table with six chairs and four comfortable cushioned chairs with footstools. The perfect place for coffee or cocktails. There is a second seating area off the kitchen which has two twin sleeper chairs. The modern dining table seats six. The kitchen has a large center island which has a gas range and two bar stools. Other appliances include a French door fridge, microwave, and toaster oven and dishwasher. There is also a pantry.

Up the fourth floor stairs you arrive at a sitting area surrounded by walls of windows. The sitting area has a daybed and small library of books, a great place to read. There is also a small desk and chair if you need a quiet spot to work or write. Once outside the French doors, you will find two relaxing loungers and amazing views of the rooftops of Seaside as well as the Gulf of Mexico.

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break &Summer; 3 nights Fall; 2 nights winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. (Only available for rent from Memorial Day through Oct. 1st)

  • Welcome tote with 2 beach towels and a complimentary bottle of wine
  • Two complimentary rental bikes included with stay (available for pickup at Seaside Transit Authority), personalized service and starter amenities provided
  • Only 1 parking pass per one-bedroom cottage and 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Second year staying in As Luck Would Have It and will return again next year, hopefully. Its the perfect location and much quieter this year with the beautiful setting of Ruskin Park. Its my beach oasis!
