Seaside, Florida Vacation With Expansive Porches & Outdoor Living Spaces 

Blessings by the Sea is a fully renovated Seaside, Florida vacation rental located in the heart of town, just steps from Seaside’s shops, dining, and the sugar-white beaches along Scenic Highway 30A. This spacious coastal home is designed for effortless indoor-outdoor living and offers a rare combination of wide porches, a private courtyard, and an open-air tower with sweeping views across Seaside and glimpses of the Gulf of Mexico.

The home welcomes guests with expansive front porches on both levels that stretch the full width of the house. The first-floor open-air porch is furnished with Adirondack rockers and relaxed coastal seating, flowing directly onto a lighted courtyard deck. This lighted outdoor space includes additional Adirondack seating and an alfresco dining table for four, making it ideal for morning coffee, afternoon downtime, or dining under the stars after a day at the beach.

Renovated Kitchen and Open Living Area

Inside, the first floor features a beautifully updated kitchen equipped with high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a six-burner gas range, a GE Monogram double-door refrigerator, and a dedicated wine and beverage fridge. The open living area is filled with natural light and features soaring ceilings, two largre sofas for comfortable seating, and original artwork throughout, creating a warm and inviting space for gathering, entertaining, or unwinding together.

The primary suite is conveniently located on the main level and includes a king bed, a marble ensuite bath with dual vanities and a glass-enclosed rain shower, a walk-in closet, and a dedicated desk for remote work. A guest powder room and a walk-in laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer complete the first floor, adding both comfort and functionality for longer stays.

Upstairs Bedrooms and Family-Friendly Bunk Room

Upstairs, Blessings by the Sea offers flexible accommodations ideal for families and multi-generational groups. A second-floor king suite features a private updated bath with a walk-in shower, a large Roku TV, a walk-in closet, and a connected bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks, built-in storage, individual reading lights, and pocket-door privacy. Another upstairs king suite includes its own private bath, a desk, a walk-in closet, a mounted Roku TV, and direct access to the screened-in porch. An additional bedroom features built-in XL twin bunks with blackout curtains, reading lights, a wall-mounted Roku TV, and a newly constructed marble half bath.

All upstairs bedrooms share access to a spacious screened-in porch furnished with multiple seating areas and room for up to eight guests. There is a lounge seating area with sofa, a central bistro dining area for two, and an additional seating area with two club chairs, perfect for morning coffee or an evening night cap. 

Third-Floor Open-Air Tower with 360-Degree Views

One of the home’s most distinctive features is the third-floor open-air tower, accessed by a spiral staircase. This house was better than the pictures somehow. It lived really well, we had 4 adults, 2 little kids and 5 teens. It is close to the family pool, adult pool, the playground, the town center, parks. We hope to book it again and again. It was sparkling clean, the best amenities, not to mention just gorgeous and so well done throughout... truly I can't say enough good things about this house!
So delighted Blessings by the Sea was the perfect house for your family as well as the location. Thank you for the positive review and we'll pass along to the owners!

We just stayed a week in Blessings By The Sea. It was a great home for our extended family. The bedroom setup was great. The 2 adult bedrooms upstairs were located at either end of the hallway with the 2 bunk rooms being attached or next door to the room with the king sized bed. We were traveling with our 2 grown children and their spouses. Our daughter has 3 littles (one slept in a bunk and the twins slept in port a cribs located in the second bunk room) This kept their noise level at a minimum for our son and his wife. The Outdoor Patio was a lifesaver for keeping the grandchildren happy and gave them lots of room to play. We ended up eating most meals outside since the weather was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. One last note, the outdoor shower was a great way to quickly get the kids cleaned up from the beach. We would stay here again!

This is our second year in this home and it is wonderful and well maintained. Great large open porches and a large open tower perfect for sunsets and afternoons! We will back!
