For a family-friendly vacation in Seaside, FL, you want the perfect location that is near everything but still private enough for you and your family to spend quality time together.  Whatcha Dune is the answer.  The cottage is located across from Ruskin Park and near the Seaside Chapel.  The beach is just a few steps away.  The east and west end pools are equally close by for family fun in the sun. 

The open floor plan of this cottage is very welcoming and family-friendly.  The space gives everyone room to relax and enjoy their time together.  The airy kitchen is beautifully appointed with granite countertops and a breakfast bar that accommodates four.  Additional seating for two is located in a corner breakfast nook perfect for morning coffee.  Conveniently located near the kitchen, the dining area has comfortable seating for eight.  The dining area flows into the open living room with plenty of seating, natural light, and a large-mounted flat-screen TV.  Adjacent to the living room is a large open-air side porch with Adirondack seating perfect for afternoon beach breaks.  At the rear of the home off the living room is an additional open-air porch, the perfect place to enjoy grilling after a day at the beach.  This first floor has a full bathroom and an abundance of storage as well.

The second floor offers several sleeping options.  The generous primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed with a full bath.  The king features a large flat-screen TV and access to a furnished screened-in porch with relaxing treetop and street views.  The queen-sized bedroom also opens onto the screened porch. This second queen bedroom with a private TV shares a large double vanity Jack and Jill bathroom with the third guest room.  The third bedroom has two twin beds (can be configured as a king upon request), plenty of storage and a flat-screen mounted TV.  The third-floor bonus loft offers an additional two twin beds and a full bed.  The space includes a sitting area with a flat screen TV.  This is a great place for the younger people to hang out, play board games, or have movie night. 

The two porches are natural gathering places for your group.  They both run almost the entire length of the cottage.  The first-floor porch is open and furnished with easy Adirondack chairs.  The second-floor porch is screened with a lounge area featuring a sectional style outdoor sofa and an additional Adirondack seating area, plenty of outdoor room for everyone.  Both porches are perfect places to pass the time and relax while enjoying a glass of wine or morning coffee. 

This is a beautiful cottage where you can create memorable moments on your vacation.  The cottage is located on peaceful Forest Street.  The beach, the nearby pools, and parks make this cottage ideally situated in Seaside, Florida.  This is the perfect beach house when you are looking for beach vibes, and time in the sun! 

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 5 night minimum-Summer, Spring & Spring Break | 3 night minimum Fall | 2 night minimum Winter

Whatcha Dune was the perfect spot for our family on our recent trip to Seaside, FL. The house was close to the town square and just a short walk to the beach. It was decorated well and everyone had plenty of room. Beds were comfortable and all was clean! We will definitely return to Whatcha Dune!

Great house in a great location in Seaside. Our family enjoyed staying here very much. The upstairs loft is great for young children as long as they can navigate stairs with ease. The upstairs screened in balcony was a great place to relax with good weather.

We had a great stay at Whatcha Dune for fall break. The living area is spacious and was perfect for the 10 of us. The kitchen was well stocked, and the location was great. We could easily walk to the beach, pools, and into town. We will definitely consider renting again!

Great location on the back side of Seaside Circle. Quiet but close to all of the activity. House is cute, clean, and well stocked. Management company instructions were seamless from start to finish. Loved our stay!
