Come join us at the charming 2 bedroom 2 bath cottage, Duet!  Duet is located down a footpath just 3 blocks from the town center and 8 houses from the beach for optimal privacy for you and your loved ones. Start your mornings and end your nights on its cozy screened-in front porch furnished with seating so you can enjoy some rest and relaxation during your stay. Upon your entrance, you will find the coastal living and dining area decked out with a flat-screen TV and dining table for 6. There are plenty of open windows to let the Seaside sun in and brighten up your day.

On the first floor is the kitchen with bar space for others to gather around a good home-cooked meal. The downstairs primary queen bedroom has a recently renovated private bath, flat screen TV and plenty of storage. Up the stairwell and down the hall is another queen bedroom with a newly renovated private bathroom and a flat-screen TV to wind down and watch your favorite show.

Tucked into paradise, you can enjoy grilling out on the outside deck which has a charcoal grill. There is even a stackable washer and dryer and an outdoor shower to rinse off your sandy toes from a long, beautiful day at the beach. You will also have private access to Odessa Pavilion just steps away so pack your beach essentials and head down to the gulf!

Gather your friends and family, enjoy the shops and restaurants of the town, and soak up the sun at Duet inviting you here to Seaside, Florida. 

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. No children ages 13 -19 during  Spring Break season. Sat to Sat 7 night minimum Spring Break and Summer | 3 night minimum Spring and Fall | 2 night minimum Winter

  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Spring Break 2024 with my husband, 18 year-old son and his friend. The cottage was cozy and very clean. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well appointed, everything worked, and the homeowners next door were extremely nice, gave us plenty of privacy and felt like friends. The rental agency was AMAZING - we were greeted with a beach cooler bag, two new beach towels and a bottle of wine. Kids had privacy upstairs, parents down. Pull-out couch was nice for my son's friend. They had planned to share the room, but he realized my son kicks in bed and found the couch more comfy :). We usually rent a large home with a pool and guest house, but this was perfect for our trip. It's close to everything - square, beach, pool - literally steps away. The location is unbeatable.

We loved our weeklong stay at Duet! With as bustling as Seaside is, we were shocked to find the cottage to be SO peaceful! Its off of a walking path, so you dont get any street noise. Its also such an easy walk to a large, well-kept, family-friendly pool and a quick jump across 30a to the private community beach access. The cottage was clean upon arrival, though could use a few small updates (new carpet in bedroom, freshened up paint, strange small toilet seat that slides off of the toilet!), but overall such a beautiful, well-stocked space. The rental agency was easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely recommend a stay for a family of 4 or less!
