Welcome to "Key Lime"—a beautifully renovated, single-story beach cottage in Seaside, Florida, capturing the charm of classic beach cottages. With its wrap-around porches and traditional shutters, this iconic cottage, recently featured in Seaside Style, is ideally situated between the beach and the West Side Pool, along the path to the town center, and provides access to the private Odessa Street Beach Pavilion.

Outside, a shaded deck with Adirondack seating, a grill, and string lights enhances the outdoor living experience. Step through mahogany screen doors to the expansive front and side porches, setting the stage for this cottage's inviting atmosphere. Inside, the open living room, featuring a 55" Smart TV and central dining space, is accented with vaulted ceilings and exposed cypress beams for an airy, coastal ambiance. Mahogany French doors in the living room open to the porches, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor spaces. V-groove wood walls, maple floors, and an antique chandelier add a touch of historic charm, while the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a separate ice maker, sits just off the living room.

"Key Lime" has four bedrooms arranged in three suites for maximum privacy and convenience. At the front, guests will find a queen bedroom with a full bath and direct porch access. The primary suite, located at the back, includes a king bed, double closets, a dual vanity, and a walk-in shower, with access to both front and back porches. The family suite in the opposite corner includes a bunk room with four beds, a queen bedroom with an additional half bath, and a full bath with a tub-shower combo; guests can pass through the bunk room to reach the queen room or enter from the back porch.

The deep screened porch that wraps around the front and side of the cottage is a true gathering space, featuring a mahogany dining table for eight, plantation chairs, and vintage rattan furniture for leisurely mornings or evenings. A second deep porch with a cozy bed swing at the back offers the primary and rear queen bedrooms a peaceful, private retreat.

Additional amenities include a charcoal grill, two adult bikes, a sofa sleeper, a private outdoor shower, washer/dryer, and a landscaped yard with alfresco dining. (Fireplace is decorative only.)


*Sat-Sat 7 night minimum for Summer, 5 night minimum for Spring Break; 3 night minimum Fall & Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • 2 parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car.
  • Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit.

Tasteful, casual elegance all around, from comfy porches (all screened), crisp and cozy bedrooms, each with it's own lovely bath, a very well appointed and easy to navigate kitchen, and a central location to the beach, pool, and town center, plus two bikes! Our family had a wonderful time in Seaside! Key Lime is perfectly situated near the pool on the west side of Seaside as well as only a handful of houses down from 30A. The screened porch is perfectly designed with a long table for outdoor dining and a seating area with a game table. Really comfortable. I loved that the home is all on one level - perfect for children. Super cute bunkroom!

Key Lime is the perfect family cottage. Bedrooms are privately situated with the family room, kitchen and wonderful screened in porch the center of the house. Everything was ready for us to enjoy Seaside from the moment we arrived. Our family included 6 adults and 2 children and Key Lime provided perfect spaces for each of us to be together and yet have areas when quiet time was needed. The property management company agents were also very helpful and responded immediately when we needed a replacement coffee machine and even helped with a forgotten issue after we checked out. Overall our vacation at Key Lime was a wonderful , relaxing and unforgettable family experience.

Absolutely Amazing! The house was very nice and spacious with all the amenities anyone could ask for. The screened in porch was amazing for morning coffee and evening cocktails with friends & family. Only a few short steps to the beach and a short walk to the main square for eating & shopping we couldnt have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended to everyone

Key Lime is the perfect house for my family with small children. It isnone level and has plenty of room. The house was spotless and had all of the amenities that we needed. It has beautiful screened porches as well as a beautiful side and back garden area. It was close to beach and town square. I will definitely keep coming back to this house

Highly recommend! Cleanliness is my hot button and this cottage is immaculate. Kitchen is well stocked. I uniquely designed with so many outdoor spaces and beautifully decorated. The pictures absolutely represent the cottage. We felt right at home the minute we walked in and loved how it is walking distance to the beach and Seaside shopping/restaurants. No need to have a car. We will definitely be back!
