72 steps away from the beach and one block to some of the best options in Seaside attractions and destinations and it’s no surprise that Salty Dogs easily rises to the top of any vacation list. With a fanciful location just across from the sugary white sand, Salty Dogs invites you to experience a laid-back, beach lifestyle. 

This vibrant and ideally located cottage offers a true beach vibe, with a shaded exterior and tasteful interior. The open floor plan of the first floor allows for plenty of space to unwind at the end of a fun-filled day on the beach, casually entertaining guests on the rustic porch or moving inside to admire the crisp and modern interior. 

From the contemporary style, fully equipped, kitchen with room for casual dining to the accompanying main dining space and cushy living room, there’s much to enjoy about Salty Dogs! The first floor extends to include a king bedroom along with a second queen bedroom with a trundle bed, both sharing a remodeled bath with double vanities and allowing for private access to the relaxing front porch. On the second floor down is a third bedroom, a new king master suite built in 2020. The king suite has views, a seating area, plenty of custom built in storage, and a large ensuite new construction master bathroom. The ensuite master bath has a double vanity, plenty of storage, a shower, and tub.  

The fantasic third floor tower room allows for more living space, with built-in bench seating surrounded by windows, a television for entertaining and fantastic Gulf views. From the towering scenery of the top level to the charming covered porch, the whimsical Salty Dogs cottage presents an ideal beach side setting! This delightful cottage blends cheerful colors with relaxed accommodations for all to enjoy!

* 5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 7 nights July 4th week | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  

 **Private Level II electric car charging station located at Salty Dogs for guest use upon request

We were traveling for Spring Break - moms and daughters trip- and this house was perfect for us! Great layout, everything in great shape, so close to Seaside square and just across from the beach access. Short walk to the fitness center and park area as well. Great communication from managemen before and during the stay.

Homeowners Collection did everything possible to accommodate our numerous requests. Great group of people to work with. The 1 on 1 experience with a local company was so much easier and better that using other online services. They are always there to help with concerns!Salty Dogs had all top notch amenities and very well stocked kitchen for Cooking family dinners over the holiday! The rooms and layout gave everyone plenty of personal space and area to spread out. Look forward to next visit!!
