With its premier location and short walk to the private residential beach, this thoughtfully designed home offers the perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and relaxed coastal living.

Inviting Outdoor Spaces Designed for Relaxation

Guests are welcomed by a screened-in front porch with classic rocking chairs and outdoor dining for three, setting the tone for laid-back mornings and breezy evenings. Additional outdoor living areas allow the home to live much larger, offering multiple places to unwind after a day spent at the beach or exploring Seaside.

Open-Concept Living & Gourmet Kitchen

Inside, the cottage features an open floor plan that keeps everyone connected. The updated kitchen overlooks the living area and includes breakfast bar seating for five, making it ideal for casual meals and conversation.

The kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, including a Bosch dishwasher and Gourmet Viking dual-fuel stainless steel stove, along with gourmet knives, a Keurig, Nespresso machine, and complimentary coffee pods for added convenience.

Comfortable Living & Dining Areas

The airy living space sits at the center of the home, offering two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a queen sleeper, and a flatscreen TV with Sonos sound bar. This inviting area serves as the perfect gathering spot after a sun-filled day.

Adjacent to the living room, a dining table for six opens directly onto the front screened porch, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor dining.

Private Bedrooms & Renovated Bathrooms

Just off the living area, guests will find two well-appointed bedrooms. The front bedroom features a king bed, privacy doors, a flatscreen TV, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination.

The rear bedroom offers a queen bed, ample closet space, a mounted flatscreen TV, and its own updated bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combination.

The queen bedroom opens onto a rear screened porch with Adirondack seating for two, overlooking an outdoor deck and large fenced backyard complete with a gardener’s edible garden. We loved this 2 bed/2 bath cottage located on quiet street but still close to main square. Main living room is large with two comfortable sofas. Screened porches on both front and back of house. Separate laundry room in back of kitchen. Kitchen is mid-sized with large subzero refrigerator.

This is my wife and I second time renting Lady on the beach. It really has everything we want - big open living room, stocked kitchen & coffee setup, screened in porch and comfortable king bed. Perfect for a couple, and the second bedroom makes it a great option for kids or even another couple. Short walk to town and to the beach. Doesnt get much better!

This is a wonderful cottage, or we could also say full-blown house. Beautiful space, tastefully furnished, very convenient to town square, restaurants, beach and pool. The rental management staff were extremely responsive to some minor issues like burnt-out light bulbs. There was nothing major that needed taking care of! We would enjoy coming back and I would highly recommend this place!
