Welcome to Little Feet, a modern coastal cottage thoughtfully designed by renowned local Seaside architect Ty Nun. This newly built guest cottage to the main home Pitter Patter offers abundant natural light, clean architectural lines, and an unbeatable location—just seven homes from private beach access, one block from downtown Seaside, and quietly tucked along a shaded, sandy footpath that feels worlds away from the bustle.

Outdoor Living & Front Porch Charm

A charming, furnished front porch welcomes you with bistro seating for two, overlooking a private yard—an ideal spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind after a beach day. The peaceful setting perfectly complements the cottage’s tranquil surroundings.

Open-Concept Living, Dining & Kitchen

Inside, the open-concept first floor features the living, dining, and kitchen areas bathed in natural light. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy club chair, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a Sonos sound bar. Across the room, a custom built-in dining nook with bench seating for four is wrapped in windows, creating a seamless connection to the outdoors.

The thoughtfully designed kitchen includes custom open shelving and floor-to-ceiling windows, along with a microwave convection oven, two-burner Wolf induction cooktop, refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and a washer/dryer combo. While there is no dishwasher, the kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.

Upstairs Primary Suite & Private Balcony

A spiral staircase leads to the second-floor primary queen suite, designed for comfort and extended stays. Custom built-in storage surrounds the bed, with drawers and dressers on both sides and additional storage tucked beneath. The bedroom also features a mounted flat-screen TV and a rocking chair for relaxing moments.

The private en suite bathroom includes an all-glass shower with a handheld rainhead, vessel sink, and plenty of natural light. Just outside, the private balcony with bistro seating is perfect for sipping wine in the evening or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

Little Feet is a beloved Seaside guest cottage, ideal for couples or young families seeking a peaceful yet central location. Located just 85 feet from the beach and only a 2-minute walk to downtown Seaside, you’ll have easy access to over 35 shops and restaurants, all just steps from your door.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This is our second visit to this property. It is a great space for a couple and really convenient to Central Square, and the beach via the East Ruskin Pavilion.

Little Feet was a perfect little cottage just 2 mins from the beach, a few steps to town and close to the workout facility. Clean, and comfortable! Homeowner's Collection staff reached multiple times during our stay to check to make sure everything was perfect! They even left and amazing beach bag, two beach towels and a bottle of wine! We will definitely return to Little Feet!!

Great spot for a long weekend for two people. A/C worked great. Everything in the cottage worked well. Very short walk to the beach and the town of Seaside.

We loved the super short walk to everything in Seaside. It rained while we were there but we still had a magical time shopping, eating and riding the bikes that come with the house. Perfect! Will stay again.
