This pet-friendly vacation rental in Seaside, Florida is just a short stroll from the beach, Central Square, swimming pools, tennis courts, playground, and fitness center—making it an ideal home base for enjoying everything Seaside has to offer.

Inviting Outdoor Living Spaces

Designed to embrace Seaside’s laid-back lifestyle, Persimmon Cottage offers abundant private outdoor space. A sweeping front porch sets the scene for relaxing in the coastal breeze and enjoying casual people-watching, while two levels of screened-in porches provide serene settings for al fresco dining, lounging, and entertaining. With ample seating and an outdoor grill, these spaces are perfect for long afternoons and easy evenings outdoors.

Comfortable Guest Bedrooms on the First Floor

The first level of the home features two inviting queen bedrooms, each with its own private half bath and glass doors opening directly to the porch. Between the rooms, a unique rustic-style bath area includes an additional sink and a distinctive sunken shower, creating a functional and charming shared space.

Open-Concept Living on the Second Floor

Upstairs, the second floor opens into a bright and welcoming living area designed for gathering. The cozy living room is anchored by a flat-screen TV, while the adjacent dining area comfortably seats six. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything needed for preparing meals at home. Just off the kitchen, a second-story screened porch offers another peaceful spot for dining or relaxing.

Private Primary Suite Retreat

Occupying the third floor, the primary suite serves as a private retreat. This spacious bedroom features a king bed and access to its own balcony—an ideal perch for enjoying morning coffee or watching the sun set over the rooftops of Seaside.

Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.  5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer | 3-night minimum Fall | 2-night minimum Winter

* Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $100 per day rental pet fee will be collected, in addition to the flat $150 pet fee, for three-bedroom homes.  Pets will not be allowed on furniture.

  • Starter amenities provided with personalized service throughout your stay
  • Two parking passes for two-bedroom and larger homes are issued. A golf cart is considered a car. Golf carts for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited. Special circumstances and medical needs requests require a golf cart permit

We absolutely loved our stay! The homes eclectic style added a unique charm, and the short walk to the private beach entrance and Seaside town center made exploring effortless. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, the property offered plenty of space inside and out—cozy, comfortable, and beautifully stocked with kitchen amenities. One unforgettable moment was when our small dachshund, Beau, slipped out an open door. The incredible Seaside community, employees, and Homeowners Collection went above and beyond to help us find him, and after two anxious hours, we were reunited. Their kindness truly speaks to the warmth of this area. Well definitely be repeat guests—highly recommend this wonderful home and its amazing surroundings!
