* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • Private residential Seaside beach access at West Ruskin Pavilion, part of the largest private residential beaches on Scenic Highway 30A

  • Designated off-street parking in the private driveway for one vehicle
  • Adults-only accommodation (no children under the age of 12)
  • Efficiency kitchen (no washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, or outdoor shower)
  • Access to Seaside amenities, including 3 swimming pools, 5 clay tennis courts, 3 pickleball courts (court fees apply), and a fully equipped fitness center
  • Welcome tote featuring two beach towels, a complimentary bottle of wine, and two complimentary rental bikes available for pickup at the Seaside Transit Authority
  • Personalized guest service throughout your stay with starter amenities provided
  • Golf carts are prohibited for non-homeowners visiting Seaside

Everything was nice and clean! Staff was also very friendly and helpful. We have never been here before and we did have a little bit of a hard time finding the house at first- if we had had a map of the rentals before our arrival, it wouldve been amazing! Overall, we loved our stay and will be back!

Im gonna say we enjoyed our visit. The cottage was nicely prepared for us when we arrived. We were comfortable with all of our environment. We needed extra toilet tissue and more soap. We had a beautiful view, even though we didnt have perfect weather every day we still enjoyed our beach vacation we enjoyed the cabana guys. They had our umbrellas ready for us each day and we will return.
