Offering an amazing location and furnished in a timeless, coastal style, this one-of-a-kind, Seaside, FL space will leave you eager to return each and every year.

Guests can travel down a shaded, enchanting Seaside, FL footpath to reach the entry doors of this sweet escape. Step inside and into the first floor, which includes a generous king primary suite featuring natural light shining through large windows, a flat-screen television, a full bathroom (shower only) and a private, spacious screened-in porch with a soaking tub and privacy curtains. It simply cannot get any better than this!

Walk up a set of stairs and into an open, airy second story with an open combined floor plan offering a newly furnished living room (new pics to come at the end of May) with a sleeper sofa, an adjacent kitchenette, and an expansive open-air porch off the living area. The kitchenette has all stainless steel appliances, an under-the-counter fridge/freezer, a full dishwasher, a coffee pot, and a two-burner electrical stove top (no oven). There is an adjacent dining area with seating for four surrounded by windows. The adjacent living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, a new 50" flat screen TV, and is surrounded by windows offering gulf views from the living room. Off the living room a spacious, furnished porch features Adirondack bar seating for two and a hammock with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. This generous open-air front porch provides beautiful panoramic beachfront views a perfect space to for morning coffee and a stellar sunrise or a great escape to end your night with a nightcap. This is the most amazing porch to listen to the sound of waves crashing against the shore while overlooking the emerald waters and beautiful white sand below. Allow Beachfront 7 to host your next vacation reset.

* 3 night minimum in spring break and summer; Please no children under the age of 12. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

  • 1 parking pass for one-bedroom homes issued. A golf cart is considered a car, and for non-homeowners visiting Seaside are prohibited.

Im gonna say we enjoyed our visit. The cottage was nicely prepared for us when we arrived. We were comfortable with all of our environment. We needed extra toilet tissue and more soap. We had a beautiful view, even though we didnt have perfect weather every day we still enjoyed our beach vacation we enjoyed the cabana guys. They had our umbrellas ready for us each day and we will return.

We had an amazing stay at Beachfront Cottage 7. The location couldnt be better, we watched dolphins swim by from our balcony on multiple mornings, and the cottage was comfortable and well-equipped. We made use of the bikes to get to Grayton Beach and Seagrove, otherwise we could walk everywhere within Seaside. The cottage was clean and perfect size for 2. Some furniture was a little dated, but everything was functional and comfortable. Communication with The Homeowners Collection was easy and friendly. They were able to accommodate an early check in which was greatly appreciated. They kept in touch throughout the week for any needs/questions. I would return to this cottage again, and have already recommended it to friends! Cant wait to come back!

Beachfront 7 is amazing! The views and location could not be beat. The decor was gorgeous and the cottage was spacious and comfortable. We had everything we wanted. The bikes and welcome bag were a nice bonus! Thank you - we will be back!
