Location is key!  The Carriage House is a charming stand-alone guest cottage situated in a prime location just steps to the beach at East Ruskin Pavilion, the Seaside Amphitheater, and downtown Seaside and Air Stream row with over 35 shops and restaurants. Perfectly placed on the peaceful Seaside Avenue, this coastal cottage eagerly awaits your arrival.

This privacy-conscious one-bedroom carriage house can be found over the garage of the main cottage, Vista del Mar, and has its own private entrance. Guests can make their way through an enclosed stairway into the open floor plan on the main level.  The bright and airy one-level living area features comfortable Pottery Barn lounge chairs and ottomans for conversation, reading, or TV watching.  Adjacent is an open, fully equipped kitchen and a queen bedroom with a full bath.  There is a compact washer and dryer in the closet opposite the hanging clothes closet.

Another fantastic feature of this cottage is the cozy private balcony where guests can enjoy both stunning sunsets and breakfast at a bistro table overlooking East Ruskin Avenue down to the Pavilion and the Gulf. After a day at the beach, guests can enjoy a peaceful, relaxing time in the porch rocking chairs watching Seasiders meander along some of the most beautiful streets of Seaside. There is a storage closet on the balcony where guests can find the bistro table and chairs as well as some beach toys.

Additionally, Carriage House provides an outdoor charcoal grill for outdoor barbequing and an outdoor shower to remove beach sand and suntan oil before going inside.  It is time to enjoy life’s simple pleasures at the Carriage House in Seaside, Florida.

  * 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3 night minimum Fall; 2 night minimum Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. 

  * Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $275 pet fee.  Pets will not be allowed on furniture.  No pet over 20 lbs.

A perfect size for my husband and our small poodle. Everything was clean and neat. I love the small front porch and the closet that has beach chairs and umbrella. The bed is extremely comfortable!

This was my husband and my first time to visit seaside. We needed a quick vacation and get away and a friend had suggested it. I am so glad they did! I did some research and chose the perfect little getaway for Us! This cottage was a great location and a great size for the two of Us. We got prompt/friendly service when we asked questions.

We traveled to Seaside for a friend's wedding. We loved the convenient location of this rental - to the beach, restaurants, shopping, and the chapel. We elected to not rent a car and the Uber from the airport was very affordable. The rental includes complimentary bikes and Seaside is very bike-friendly. The property itself is well maintained, clean, and quiet. We were delighted to see a welcome beach bag that included beach towels and a bottle of wine. With this rental you are paying for the location and it was worth every penny. Homeowners Collection was in touch ahead of the visit and checked in via text periodically. We did not have any issues and hope to return again!
