Welcome to “Key Lime,” a beautifully renovated, single-story beach cottage in Seaside, Florida, thoughtfully designed to capture the timeless charm of the community’s iconic coastal homes. Recently featured in Seaside Style, this classic cottage is ideally located between the beach and the West Side Pool, along a scenic pedestrian path leading to the town center, with access to the private Odessa Street Beach Pavilion.

Prime Location Near the Beach & West Side Pool

Perfectly positioned for a relaxed Seaside getaway, Key Lime offers easy walkability to the beach, pools, and Central Square. Guests enjoy access to Seaside’s private residential beach at Odessa Pavilion, placing sugar-white sand and emerald Gulf waters just moments away.

Inviting Outdoor Living Spaces

Outdoor living is at the heart of Key Lime. A shaded exterior deck features Adirondack seating, string lights, and a charcoal grill, creating the perfect atmosphere for evening gatherings. Mahogany screen doors open to expansive wrap-around porches, offering multiple spaces to relax, dine, and enjoy coastal breezes. A private outdoor shower and landscaped yard with alfresco dining complete the outdoor experience.

Bright, Open Living Areas with Coastal Character

Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is filled with natural light and coastal warmth. Vaulted ceilings with exposed cypress beams, V-groove wood walls, maple floors, and an antique chandelier give the home a distinctive Seaside aesthetic. The living room features a 55” Smart TV and opens directly onto the porches through mahogany French doors, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. The well-equipped kitchen sits just off the main living area and includes a stand-alone ice maker, ideal for beach days and entertaining.

Four Bedrooms in Three Private Suites

Key Lime comfortably accommodates families and groups with four bedrooms arranged in three private suites, offering both flexibility and privacy.

  • The front queen bedroom features a full bathroom and direct porch access.
  • The primary king suite, located at the rear of the cottage, includes double closets, a dual vanity, a walk-in shower, and access to both the front and back porches.
  • The family suite occupies the opposite corner of the home and includes a bunk room with four beds, a queen bedroom with an additional half bath, and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. Guests may access the queen bedroom through the bunk room or directly from the back porch.

Screened Porches Designed for Gathering & Relaxation

A deep screened porch wraps around the front and side of the home, serving as a true gathering space with a mahogany dining table for eight, plantation chairs, and vintage rattan furniture—perfect for long breakfasts or evening conversations. A second deep porch at the rear features a cozy bed swing, offering a quiet retreat for the primary and rear queen bedrooms.

Thoughtful Amenities for a Seamless Stay

Additional amenities include two adult bikes, a sofa sleeper, washer and dryer, landscaped outdoor spaces, and personalized touches throughout. (Fireplace is decorative only.) Every detail has been carefully curated to deliver a relaxed yet elevated Seaside vacation experience.


*Sat to Sat 7-night minimum Summer, 5-night minimum for Spring & Spring Break; 3-night minimum Fall, & 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

Overall, the beach home was fantastic. The home was smartly designed for large families and it worked beautifully. The kitchen, including ice machine and stove/oven were a delightful surprise and much needed. We loved the wrap around porch and used it most of the days and evenings. The home was spotless and beautifully decorated. Our favorite in Seaside by far!

Key Lime is the perfect family cottage. Bedrooms are privately situated with the family room, kitchen and wonderful screened in porch the center of the house. Everything was ready for us to enjoy Seaside from the moment we arrived. Our family included 6 adults and 2 children and Key Lime provided perfect spaces for each of us to be together and yet have areas when quiet time was needed. The property management company agents were also very helpful and responded immediately when we needed a replacement coffee machine and even helped with a forgotten issue after we checked out. Overall our vacation at Key Lime was a wonderful , relaxing and unforgettable family experience.
Thank you for taking the time to provide this review. We are so glad you enjoyed your stay and we hope to welcome you back to Seaside again very soon!

7/30-7/6 Our first trip to Seaside did not disappoint. Your company made absolutely every detail easy. From start to finish Key Lime provided an excellent accommodation. It was very clean and welcoming. We had one minor ac issue which was handled within an hour. Thank you for our happy week and our new annual family vacation spot!
