This was our 5th year at Seaside and our 4th year using Homeowners. The home is in the most perfect location. Quick walk to town but quiet at night. The home does need some updating. Low flow shower heads are not great when you need water pressure. The front door is tricky to keep locked. Our washer was down for a couple days but I was allowed to use another cottage for laundry. It was took an entire day from my vacation to get caught up on all of it. The cleaning company left a vacuum cord plugged in with no vacuum on the other end (bare wires) which could have harmed someone had we not noticed it before the kids did. Other than those hiccups, it was a great stay. The team at Homeowners goes above and beyond. Great Communicators!!

LOLO is a wonderful home conveniently located to everywhere you want to be. The interior decor is quite warm and very inviting and the balconies and patios provide an intimate peaceful space to enjoy whatever your heart desires. Very well kept and stocked with all the essentials.
