Moonshine has a prime Seaside, Florida location just a 377-foot walk to the beach and only a 2-minute walk to downtown Seaside Amphitheater with over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your front door. You are greeted by a four-story home featuring two porches and an outdoor tower deck on the front of the home. The screened-in front porch runs the length of the front of the home and features rockers and a picnic table perfect for dining al fresco as well as privacy curtains. This spot is a perfect family hang-out location for morning coffee, meals together, or an evening glass of wine. This home has another second-floor porch and the true gem of the home is the fourth-floor enclosed tower with an observation deck that has some of the best Seaside gulf views and sunsets.

Step inside to find an updated kitchen and open floorplan down perfect for visiting with family and friends.  The living room features two sofas and a large flat-screen digital TV perfect for movie nights in or your favorite Netflix. There is an adjacent dining area that comfortably seats eight in all with a fun coastal chandelier. The adjacent updated kitchen has breakfast bar seating for three more, all stainless steel appliances, a four burner electrical stove top, and a large fridge. This kitchen has all the essentials for family dinners in.  There is a full bathroom off the living room with a shower only that connects to the outdoor enclosed shower.

Moonshine features three bedrooms all with their own ensuite bath, very hard to find in Seaside. These bedrooms are all located on the second level of this home, perfect for young families. The second floor has a king primary suite with plenty of storage, a large mounted flat screen TV, a closet, and its own ensuite primary bath. The updated private primary bath has a single vanity and a large glass-enclosed walk-in shower.   (there is a laundry room area with a full-size washer & dryer off the primary suite as well).  This King primary has a shared open-air balcony with Adirondack seating for two, a perfect nook for an afternoon read. The second bedroom on level two features a queen bed that shares the open balcony adjacent to the king. The queen has ample storage, its own mounted flat-screen TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a tub & shower combination. The third bedroom on level two features two twin beds, its own flat-screen digital TV as well, a closet and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a single vanity & a tub & shower combo.  There are stairs that lead to a third-floor loft area that has one bunk bed and dresser to sleep two more stowaways comfortably, a perfect kids nook. 

There are ships ladders stairs that lead to the real gem of the home, the fourth enclosed tower, and open-air observation deck on level four. The enclosed tower is surrounded in windows with gulf views and seating for four. Double doors lead to the observation deck that has bar-top seating for four with incredible panoramic gulf views, amazing Seaside rooftop views, and some of the best sunsets over the town and gulf.  This home is a repeat family favorite in Seaside, Florida with it's numerous porches and amazing tower and observation deck.

Moonshine offers all of the amenities including a washer and dryer, outdoor enclosed shower, and a rear charcoal grill.  This home has amazing gulf and views, and everything in between that you and your family need to fall in love with the picturesque Seaside, Florida community.

Overall a 5 star experience. Great Location and nice house.The area carpets on the first floor were very dirty and needed to be shampooed.Mildly annoying that had only 2 dishwater pods for a 4 day stay, especially when you want the guest to run the dishwasher when leaving.
