The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen, making it perfect for gathering with family and friends. Step inside to discover an inviting and beautifully appointed living space where comfort and style harmonize effortlessly. The living room, featuring a large leather sectional, offers the perfect spot to unwind after a day at the beach. Adjacent to the living area is a dining space that comfortably seats 8, ideal for enjoying meals together. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, complete with modern stainless-steel appliances, marble countertops, and ample cabinet space. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet dinner, you’ll find everything you need. Off the dining area is a seamless flow to the courtyard that offers a large central outdoor dining area seating up to 14 under outdoor bistro lights.

For ultimate relaxation, retreat to the first-floor king bedroom, a serene oasis with a luxurious bed, crisp linens, and calming coastal tones. This third bedroom features a king, private large flat screen TV, and an additional twin with a trundle. We absolutely loved the Nathez house for our family gathering this fall. The home was elegant, spacious and very clean. We were surprised at how much space we had. Everyone loved their beds and the kitchen was well stocked. We were super close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Great location - highly recommend this cottage!
