Welcome to Up on the Roof with an ideal location in Seaside directly across from the West End pool. Up on the Roof welcomes you with two large open porches up and down. The first-floor open porch has outdoor dining with a picnic table and adjacent Adirondack seating for four. Step inside to the ideal open floor plan for a family with connected living, dining, and kitchen. The living room has comfortable seating for all, a large flat-screen TV perfect for family movie night or football. Adjacent to the living room are the kitchen and dining areas. The dining area has a large table that comfortably seats eight and there is additional breakfast bar seating for three at the kitchen. The kitchen has been recently updated with all stainless steel appliances and new countertops. Off the kitchen is a furnished rear porch.

The first queen bedroom is off the living room with a private mounted flat-screen TV. The generous-sized full bathroom downstairs is directly across from the queen bedroom and living room. Up the stairs to the second floor with three bedrooms and a large open-air furnished front porch. The second queen primary bedroom upstairs has plenty of storage, a private en suite primary bathroom, and access to the large open-air porch. The private primary bathroom has been recently renovated with marble countertops and a marble rain shower. The third queen bedroom is adjacent to the primary and also has access to the large open-air front porch. The fourth queen bedroom is at the rear of the home and shares a full hall bathroom with the other queen bedroom. This shared full bath has been recently renovated and features a tub/shower combo. The front open-air porch runs the length of the home and has a custom-built queen-hanging bed and several rocking chairs to enjoy the afternoon overlooking a wooded park area.

Up the stairs to the third-floor loft that features built-in office space with two desks and stair access to the large open-air rooftop deck. The open-air rooftop deck has seating for four and features stunning Seaside rooftop views and a slight gulf view. This rooftop is the perfect spot to enjoy a nightcap after a long day at the beach.

For more space, the rear guest cottage A Wrinkle in Time can be rented and sleeps an additional three.

5-night minimum Spring, Spring Break and Summer; 3-night minimum Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be

We loved Up On The Roof! Charming decor, great floorplan and location. The upstairs office was a huge bonus for those needing a well planned quiet space to stay in touch with offices. Especially loved the top deck at night where you could almost touch the stars!

I loved the large porch for morning coffee and the upstairs porch swing was a wonderful place to read a book. The house was perfectly located away from the main traffic area, but still close to the beach. Loved it!

This was a great location in Seaside. Close to the square, just a couple of blocks and yet quite and far enough away from the crowds. There is a spacious, light filled open floor plan on the first level. The house could use a deep cleaning, maintenance and minor repairs, cleaning supplies, and decent cookware. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in Seaside.

Hosted 7 rising freshman in high school that have been a Girl Scout Troop since kindergarten. The girls earned 3 beach/marine life merit badges in 48 hours. Including a trip to Gulf World Marina & a class w Walton County Turtle Association.
