Experience the luxury of "to-the-studs" renovation of A Sight to Sea overlooking the Seaside Amphitheater with stunning gulf views and sunsets! This grand penthouse is located directly across from Coleman Pavilion on Central Square just steps to the beach and over 35 restaurants and shops just outside your door. A Sight to Sea is accessible by elevator and shares an open furnished common area. Step inside and enjoy your designer kitchen with gorgeous glass tile, quartz countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances and bar seating for three as the central hub of the vacation.

Directly across is the living room with all new designer furnishings, a large mounted flat screen smart TV, and a queen sleeper sofa for two. The dining area has a gorgeous chandelier and comfortably seats six with access to the outdoor balcony. The outdoor balcony has bar seating for four, the prime location for an evening glass of wine to catch the most spectacular sunsets and gulf views from your private balcony. And you can even listen to a Seaside Amphitheater concert from your balcony! There is a convenient half bath off the common living areas and a full-size stackable washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

Climb the stairs to the second floor that features three bedrooms. The first is an elegant king primary suite with vaulted ceilings and more deluxe gulf views from a bay window! The king has dual custom built in closets and cabinets as well as a large mounted flat screen TV. The private marble bath has a single vanity, lighted mirror, and glass enclosed marble bathroom with a large rain shower head.

Down the hall is the second bedroom a custom built in twin bunk with access to it’s own private balcony. This surprise balcony has bar seating for two and the most incredible views of Coleman pavilion and the Gulf! There is a shared hall full bathroom with marble single vanity, lighted mirror, and a glass enclosed marble tub & shower combo. The third bedroom down the hall is a queen bedroom with a custom built in closet and its own private balcony!

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer; 3 night Fall; 2 night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This newly remodeled condo is AMAZING!! We have stayed in Seaside for the past 10 summers for our family vacation & we absolutely love the location & this property. We will be booking our next summers trip back to this condo for sure~

Wonderful location to experience Seaside and everything central Square has to offer. The penthouse was in excellent shape and clean. We used the kitchen a few times and it is stocked very well for everything that you might need. The only thing that wouldve made it better is one of the bedrooms had no window coverings so in the morning we were up with the sunrise. There were brackets, as if something was there previously, so I think it could be easily fixed. Otherwise, our stay was very fun, and we appreciate the opportunity to experience the square and the beach at this location! Thank you!

Wow - we hit the jackpot on this condo/cottage in the heart of Seaside. Been many times and this was our favorite place so far! We had a great view and loved our surroundings. So close to everything, especially the beach and restaurants! We loved the bikes that came with the rental. We loved riding into the neighboring towns. Mostly just loved hanging out in our condo! It had everything we needed and was really beautiful! We will be back.

What a gorgeous renovation in a spectacular location in Seaside! We have been visiting 30A for years and will never stay outside of Seaside again after realizing all of the perks it provides. The private beach was so relaxing and being only a short stroll to the beach was a huge plus. The interior of the condo was amazing, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the people go by. Noise was no issue! We loved every minute - thank you to the Homeowners Collection for a smooth check-in and stay! We will be back.
