From this vantage point, guests can also listen to live concerts from the Seaside Amphitheater or enjoy front-row views of Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve fireworks. This is a wonderful location and property. This is our 2nd time staying in one of the units in this building. We have stayed and looked at other properties and this one will always be our go to. Everything you need is nearby and the access to the beach is great! The views are amazing and the unit has everything you need. The property was very clean with the exception of sand and other debris on the floors...we know the sand is difficult! The management company was great and very responsive. Overall, we had a wonderful time and made lasting memories.

This newly remodeled condo is AMAZING!! We have stayed in Seaside for the past 10 summers for our family vacation & we absolutely love the location & this property. We will be booking our next summers trip back to this condo for sure~

Wow - we hit the jackpot on this condo/cottage in the heart of Seaside. Been many times and this was our favorite place so far! We had a great view and loved our surroundings. So close to everything, especially the beach and restaurants! We loved the bikes that came with the rental. We loved riding into the neighboring towns. Mostly just loved hanging out in our condo! It had everything we needed and was really beautiful! We will be back.

What a gorgeous renovation in a spectacular location in Seaside! We have been visiting 30A for years and will never stay outside of Seaside again after realizing all of the perks it provides. The private beach was so relaxing and being only a short stroll to the beach was a huge plus. The interior of the condo was amazing, clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for our family to spread out. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the people go by. Noise was no issue! We loved every minute - thank you to the Homeowners Collection for a smooth check-in and stay! We will be back.
