Make memories and unwind at the beautiful Vista del Mar located on a prime corner lot on the treelined and stately Seaside Avenue!  Vista del Mar is an incredible Seaside family favorite with two grand front porches running the length of the home and a three-tier tower in the rear with stunning sunset views toward the Gulf of Mexico and colorful views of brightly-hued Seaside cottages in the other directions.

Upon arrival, guests will be met by a grand plantation-style home with an expansive open-air porch in front with plenty of lounge seating and a swing that looks out to a private fenced-in front yard, all overlooking Seaside Avenue.  Step inside the entry foyer and discover all the first floor has to offer.  To the right is a spacious living area with a flat-screen TV separated by an open wine bar from the fully equipped kitchen with all stainless-steel appliances and everything a cook could need for family nights in.  The kitchen is near a large dining area with a wooden dining table set for six and an outdoor dining area in the adjacent screened-in porch set for eight diners.  There is another comfortably furnished living room with a flat-screen TV in the back of the home.  The second living area allows watching other TV programming or spending time in pursuits different from what is happening in the front living area. The first floor also includes a comfortable king bedroom with an adjoining private bathroom. 

The second floor encompasses three more spacious bedrooms, each with private baths. The secondary bedrooms enjoy access to the large second-story front porch overlooking Seaside Avenue.  One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and the other with two twin beds. The porch is generously furnished with chairs, a swing, and a table with four chairs for your card games or the mandatory beach trip jigsaw puzzle. The large primary suite, almost 600 square feet, features a king-sized canopy bed with a seating area for reading or TV viewing.  There is a large walk-in closet.  The primary bathroom features dual vanities, a whirlpool spa soaker tub, and a glass-enclosed walk-in shower with a rain shower head.  The true gem of the primary bedroom is the private porch with a cozy loveseat swing and outdoor dining for two as well as two rocking chairs for relaxing within the privacy of your primary suite area. A spiral stair leads to the third floor of the tower that offers a hammock and seating for stunning sunset views down East Ruskin and across downtown Seaside as well as panoramic rooftop views of other colorful cottages in Seaside. There truly is no better place to be than Vista del Mar if you are craving a true Seasider Experience.

*Pets are allowed with certain restrictions and provisions. An additional $50 a day rental pet fee will be collected in addition to the flat $275 pet fee.  Pets will not be allowed on the furniture.  No pets over 70 lbs.

For additional room, the one-bedroom guest house, Carriage House, may also be rented.

* 5 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, & Summer;  3 nights Fall; 2 nights Winter.  Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

The house is very nice. An older "style" than others, but everything worked well. Great indoor seating areas, as well as fabulous porches. We had beautiful weather and used it all.

Our stay in Vista Del Mar was magnificent! It's location just a short walk from the town center and beach pavilion made our stay enjoyable. We were able to walk and bike to our destinations easily. The house was clean and well kept, and nicely furnished. I hope we can come back and stay again soon!

Vista Del Mar is a true gem right in the middle of Seaside, Florida! We absolutely loved the cottage and the town. Thank you to the homeowner collection for the hospitality! We loved the bikes that were provided and the gift bag. Location was terrific - so close to the town and the beach. Very spacious and clean. Bedrooms were nice sized and beds were comfy! Will definitely return!
