El Dorado accommodates 24 people in spacious comfort, with multiple outside and indoor living spaces, and fantastic views of the Gulf waters and the sunsets.
El Dorado comprises a main house on the dunes overlooking the private beach, with a carriage house behind, and the two are privately connected by an enclosed sky bridge. Offering a domicile that extends from scenic Highway 30A right to the sands of the beach, each house is available separately (sleeping 18 in the main house and 6 in the carriage house), or both together as one accommodation for maximum fun.

Multiple porches, verandas and balconies on all levels offer pleasure in the coastal air, while indoor rooms are equally happy spaces. Outdoor and indoor
El Dorado is stylish and elegant in its design, with a communal character to its many luxurious spaces. The three levels of the main house each have their own open-air porch, spaces that invite a lazy gathering on each floor, to chat, enjoy a cocktail, read a book or simply gaze at the view.
The porches are attractive living spaces, feeling almost indoor, large and comfortable enough to share a meal at table, to relax in front of a real wood-burning fireplace in either porch, to laze on the bed-swing, or sprawl and let time go its own way. Opening out from several bedrooms, Juliet balconies provide nooks for morning coffee or evening relaxation.
Inside, the elegance is almost stately, modern and luxurious but with a touch of old-Florida vibe. Airy and filled with light, the houses feature windows everywhere with complete shade when desired, and French doors opening to outside spaces.
Large wooden dining tables in both houses invite the crew to gather around when it's time to break bread together, served from the adjacent gourmet kitchens. Dining areas extend into the main living areas of each house, furnished with comfort in mind, and complete with entertainment and media features.
Bedrooms, ranging from bunk rooms to king master suites, offer plenty of space to rest and sleep for all ages. Bathrooms are wonderful, with luxury and touches to be expected from a Seaside cottage.
With the conveniences of a laundry room, a mud room and outside shower, and an exterior connecting bridge that makes a perfect place for grilling, nothing has been left out to make a stay in El Dorado self-sufficient.
But the unique proximity to both the beach and the town across the road means that you WILL manage to tear yourself away from El Dorado's comforts to enjoy the ocean and to explore the Seaside activities. Keypad doors means no one needs a key. And coming home will simply mean that the adventure continues, roaming through this massive vacation space, connecting with the rest of the crew, and settling in for the next moment of relaxation and fun.
