This rental is beautiful! You can see the gulf from the balcony while enjoying morning coffee from Amanda. The rooms seem magical and the master upstairs is like a private hotel room. Highly recommend! Only downside is the outside shower - hard to access without a clean path.

This was a beautiful home and the location was amazing to restaurants and shops. The house was equipped with everything you would need. The communication from Homeowners Collection was remarkable. I would definitely rent this home again

Absolutely perfect location. Close to the square and beach access. It was so nice to grab a bite at the food truck and shop without having to bike or drive in. The house was nicely stocked with everything we needed and more. The upper balcony was perfect for our morning coffee and had a great view of the Gulf. There were a lot of stairs and steps especially with the kitchen on the second level but we welcomed the exercise. The lower balcony was great for lounging in the afternoon on the swing. The magnolia trees provided shade to the porch areas and were so beautiful. Overall it is a beautiful home located right by the square and many memories were made.

The sabbatical was perfectly described and was perfect for our group of two adults and 4 teenage girls. Great location to both the beach and seaside. Master suite was huge and very comfortable.

I am a single parent (widowed) with two children pre/early teens. The kids love the location and the "cool" house. The kitchen and dinning area opens up to the upstairs porch with Sonos sound, great for sitting, visiting, games, cocktails, etc. When you stay at Sabbatical, you may ask yourself Sabbatical or Serenity?
