Accessed via a quiet footpath, the rear entrance provides a sense of privacy rarely found in such a central location. The first floor features a welcoming foyer, a queen bedroom, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. French doors open from the bedroom to the cottage’s standout feature: a private rear deck with Adirondack seating for two—ideal for morning coffee, coastal breezes, or unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening.

Light-Filled Living Space with Town Views

A spiral staircase leads to the second-floor living area, where natural light and classic Seaside charm define the open-concept design. The well-equipped kitchen includes an oven, four-burner electric cooktop, dishwasher, mini fridge, microwave, blender, and coffee maker, along with a breakfast bar that seats three. The comfortable living area opens to a Juliette balcony overlooking Scenic Highway 30A, offering charming town views and front-row seating for Seaside fireworks on the Fourth of July and New Year’s Eve.

For those in need of additional space, the main 3-bedroom cottage, "Monday’s Child", is also available for rent.

* 3 night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and 2 night minimum Fall &  Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration.

This home is just a couple of blocks from all of the downtown Seaside action and directly across from the Savannah pavilion so it was easy to walk to everything. The home is small but it was the perfect size for two. I liked that the bedroom/bathroom were downstairs so we didn't have to carry luggage up stairs. We have stayed on 30a many times in all level of homes and for this trip with just two of us this charming cottage was a perfect fit. I always love renting from Homeowners Collection because they are very easy to communicate with. A representative was at our door before we even got in good to make sure we had what we needed and give us her card in case we had any additional issues. I couldn't ask for a better rental experience.

This little cottage has the perfect location directly across from the beach access and about 2 minute walk to the main square of Seaside with all of the shops and restaurants! It is tucked away behind the main house so the privacy was perfect while also having access directly to the 30a sidewalk. It was clean and stocked with all necessities. The wifi didn't work when we first arrived, but somebody came and fixed it very quickly. Already considering another visit!
