Reve De Mer is a Seaside, Florida family favorite with a prime location only 176-yard walk to the private beach and only a 4-minute walk to downtown Seaside with over 35 shops and restaurants just steps from your front door! This home has recently undergone renovations with all new renovated bathrooms throughout and a renovated kitchen!

Arrive to a private driveway as well as a welcoming screened front porch. The generous porch has rockers, a bench swing, and 2 Adirondack chairs for a perfect morning coffee location. Inside is an open floor plan with living, dining, and kitchen perfect for entertaining. The living room has ample seating with a large sofa and two club chairs. There is a mounted 4K UHD flat-screen TV perfect for family movie nights in. The adjacent dining area comfortably seats 6 - 8 and is located next to the renovated kitchen. The adjacent breakfast bar has seating for two more. The renovated kitchen has beautiful quartz stone counters and all new stainless-steel appliances, a four-burner gas stove, and a large double door fridge ideal for cooking family meals in. Just off the common living areas is a renovated hall bath with single vanity and access to one of the two outdoor showers.

The king primary bedroom is on the first floor with ensuite renovated bathroom. This king features a large dresser, a large mounted flat screen TV, and the private bathroom with a marble vanity and a glass enclosed tub & shower combination with a luxurious rain shower head. Also down is a bonus space with an additional twin bed.

Heading up to the second level of the home there is another built in bench nook and the stairs lead to the second floor featuring three more bedrooms and a large open sundeck that runs the length of the front of the home. The second bedroom up is a king bed with a closet and access to the shared sundeck that has beautiful tree top views and chaise loungers for three. The third bedroom up is a queen bedroom with a closet and shared front sundeck access as well. The fourth bedroom up features two twin beds. All three bathrooms up share a renovated full bathroom with a single vanity and a large glass enclosed walk-in shower with a rain shower wand and a large rain shower head.

Off the rear of the home is a screened in porch with outdoor dining for four and a large lush fenced private back yard. There is a gas grill off the rear porch perfect for lazy afternoons grilling out. There are two enclosed outdoor showers as well a laundry room on the first floor with a full-size washer & dryer.

The home is filled with puzzles, games, books, and music, giving guests another outlet for entertainment during their stay. This family favorite and prime location Seaside private home generates plenty of appeal, from its admirable outdoor space to its updated and comfortable interior.
