1 KING, 1 TWIN SLEEPER SOFA

Designed with efficiency in mind, the ‘S’more’ cottage delivers much more than a typical one-bedroom, one and a half-bath vacation home, supplemented by towering ceilings and advantageous attention to detail. Right across the street from the sand and water, the home serves as the guesthouse to the main cottage of ‘Never Enough’, yet retains its own imaginative footprint on the eastern side of Seaside.

The two-story cottage starts off with a ground level living and dining area, perfect for a small number of guests with just the right amount of space for a beach vacation. The efficiency kitchen comes into play here, complete with mostly stainless steel appliances and plenty of storage space.

The kitchen includes a stove top and compact dishwasher, plus a compact refrigerator with wine rack. As well, the first level also includes a half-bath plus a washer and dryer and a comfortable, twin-sized sofa sleeper. The charming space is functional and enjoyable, with the illusion of even more space gained by high ceilings leading up to the home’s second floor. This level includes plenty of room for a king-sized bed and a full bath, shower only, complete with separate vanity.

Surrounded by windows, the king bedroom additionally opens up to the outdoors with a private balcony. As well, guests of the cottage also enjoy the convenience of an outdoor shower and the added advantage of renting out the accompanying, three-bedroom main cottage of ‘Never Enough’ during their stay for added space.

This charming cottage certainly leaves a lasting impression on all of its guests. Most notably, too, it’s even been featured as a key property in Designing for Small Homes.

(Second-floor King loft does not have a railing behind headboard, not suitable for little children to sleep on second floor)

Must be 25 to rent/sign registration. 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall | 2-night minimum Winter.

This cottage is wonderful! It makes fantastic use of space; the kitchen had everything we might need. And, having the extra half bath was very helpful. Fanastic location and the Homeowner's Collection team was so on top of things and a pleasure to work with.

We had a great time staying at S'more! The cottage was everything we hoped for! The bed was super comfortable and the overall size of the cottage was plenty spacious for2 people. We normally stay in Watercolor with our kids, but for this kid free weekend we decided to rent in Seaside. We loved being across the street from the beach access and so close to the square.
