Inside, the open-concept living space welcomes you with a thoughtfully designed lounge featuring two large sofas, a club chair, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a Bose sound bar—ideal for cozy movie nights or friendly family game nights after a day in the sun. The home is beautifully appointed throughout with luxury furnishings and designer touches by Beau Interiors, creating an elevated yet inviting atmosphere. Just off the living room, an expansive side screened porch becomes the heart of the home, with six rocking chairs made for morning coffee, evening wine, and long conversations filled with laughter among family and friends. 

At the heart of the home is the fully renovated kitchen, featuring a spacious island with seating for four, custom built-in cabinetry, and a layout that flows seamlessly into the dining room for easy entertaining. My family looks forward to our annual SeasideFL trip with great anticipation!We have been with Homeowners for several years- they are a very accommodating team! This was year 2 for Curphey Cottage for us! The location is just steps from the beach Pavilion- not to mention the charm and beauty of the house! Just perfect for our family of 6-8! We spent 5 weeks in Curpheys Cottage and enjoyed it very much. Nice and bright and comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and spent a lot of time out there. Only a few houses to the beach in one direction and the pool in the other direction. Ideal location!

We stayed at Curphey Cottage during the week of July 4 and had an amazing time. The Homeowner's Collection team pulled out all the stops as per usual to ensure that we had a wonderful time, including meeting us at our cottage on arrival, providing us with welcome cooler with a bottle of wine, coffee, and the cutest of beach towels, and being available via text 24/7 for any of our needs during our stay. Curphey cottage was perfect for our family of 6 and was updated, charming, clean, and well-appointed. The only downside was that it was so close to the beach we never got on our bicycles. :)! I highly recommend a stay in this darling, roomy vacation home. Congratulations to the homeowners of Curphey Cottage on making such a fabulous getaway and thank you for sharing it with us!

We have stayed at Curphey before and will again. Great place, perfect size for 2 adults and 4 kids, very convenient and easy walk to the beach, and comfortable interior furniture to relax while cooling down.
